SpringHill Suites by Marriott Yuma

This is a nice, clean hotel with uncomfortable furniture. We average 250-300 nights a year in hotels around the nation and the furniture in this one makes a great hotel into a so-so hotel. The couch has low arms and hard cushions so you have the choice of sitting straight up with your arms hanging or slouching uncomfortably with you back twisted. The desk chair feels like a hard wood chair and doesn't tilt, even though it's a DESK CHAIR, so your choices are to sit up straight with your arms hanging or slouch uncomfortably with your back twisted, weird. The bed is so soft it makes a strange contrast with all of the uncomfortable bits. When you lay down you sink into the mattress.

I recommend the hotel to everyone that likes soft beds and has no intention of sitting anywhere else.

While traveling down to Yuma my wife called in to check about reservations because the website did not allow booking online, in the process of checking prices the man got very rude that she was dealing with and he advised her to not call back and waste his time.
When she explained that she was going to check elsewhere.
Ended up booking a beautifulAirbnb for less than half the price!

Hotel is conveniently located off of the 8 freeway. The parking lot is spacious and there are access (with a key) doors around the entire building.
The staff was GREAT! Extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and needs.
The rooms were spacious and the couch and bed were comfortable. The room was clean and well kept with some great amenities that included a fridge and microwave. The air conditioner worked well and the room stayed cool my entire stay.
The breakfast served included a good variety that included fruit, breakfast sandwich, yogurt breads, hot cereal, juice, coffee, and milk.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I am a super picky momBUT these rooms are super clean the customer service up front is super nice! Breakfast was good too!

Some parking spaces for 20' RVs to back in. Did not try the breakfast. The room was clean and you can request more shampoo at the front desk. The couch bed has nice removable cushions for use to prop up at rest. The TV has a controller on the back the worked with our Xbox but going direct into the TV has volume control limits. Slow internet for games unless you pay extra. Netflix friendly.

Love this place. Perfect location for exploring Yuma. Centrally located. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are awesome and clean.

Hotel room was nice and the pool was heated! No one was there and the breakfast wasn’t horrible

This place is a LIFE SAVER! Saved us from the Holiday Inn & Suite "Suite room". Bigger rooms and much better rooms! And the best view of roads, farm feilds & my favorite, mountains.

Awesome customer service and good clean rooms. Customer are treated well and breakfast is good as well.

The Front Desk lady, was rude and when we asked questions about the utilities of the hotel, their response was I dont know. They are lazy and seemed bothered the entire time. Only the cleaning ladies were really sweat and nice.

As I walked in they were cleaning and very Welcoming. Upgraded Hotel. Very Nice and relaxing Ambience.

Perfect place to stay in yuma. Close to shopping and food. The area where it's located is pretty quiet and always has plenty of parking. I travel alot for work and this hotel has the hands down friendliest staff that are always willing to help with a smile. Free HOT breakfast its about what you would expect. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great location, well organized hotel and professional staff. We're off to a great start to a 16 night stay for business.

The service was good however, the tub in my room would not drain and nasty gunk came up from out of the pipes into the water. There was also urine on the side of the toilet and floor that the front desk passed off as rust. I work in construction and know the difference between splattered urine and a rust leak.

The staff is friendly. Due to COVID restrictions you had to schedule room cleaning if you wanted it during my stay. The fitness room could use more and heavier free weights

The services we're very nice to give us a room on the top floor, and the location was nice, but the rooms, they did not expect the room to not be mateines nicely, 2 things we're not nailed to the wall, and under the desk was kind of gross. We stayed here for boating on the Colorado river.

Staff was phenomenal. Room was great. Amentities were sufficient. The only thing is there wasn't really a continental breakfast, which I understand because of COVID in the morning they had packaged breakfast foods behind their front desk and you choose what you want.
