Springs at Alta Mesa

I honestly really love calling this place home! It’s kept up with very well and has a very comfortable homey feel to it. The only (small) issues we’ve run into are problems with noise/miscommunication with maintenance, other than that everything is great! Neighbors are all really nice and welcoming as well.
The one BIG thing thats infuriating is that we really only moved here for the pools/gym (which have been closed for the last few months due to covid) but even with them being closed we continue to pay for all of them month after month.which could be an extra $20-50 to go towards other necessities for my family every month.
If they were to fix that problem for their renters i would give this place 5 stars!

Scheduled an appointment to see the property. Was met at appointment time with “no units available to tour, visit us online, didn’t you get my email? ” I said gosh I didn’t get an email.when did you send it? She said “15 minutes ago”.

I have lived here going on 5 years and I still love it. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Maintenance has a mostly prompt response. I love the 9 ft ceilings. It makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. The office personnel are friendly and helpful.

We have lived here almost 7 yrs.and have enjoyed it for the most part very much. I like that it has a well established setting with trees and shrubs so it’s more appealing to the eye than a lot of places here in the desert. The size of our apartment is also larger than most others unless you really go high end with the rent. It also has wooden shelving rather than wire so things stay put and don’t move around. After all this time we’ve decided to move because we want more space and privacy but also after all the time that we’ve been here it needs a do over with the basics at least but it can’t be done while you are living in the space. The problems we’ve encountered since we’ve been here have been few and minor for the most part. There’s been problems with the trash bin areas not being well kept but they have worked to improve that and it is better now. The other thing is that the yard crew wasn’t doing very well for a while but the office took care of it after a while and things are better with that also. As far as the office personnel goes you couldn’t ask for better in my opinion. They are very courteous and helpful at all times. The maintenance people are also very nice and prompt in taking care of issues that come up. I’ve never worried about them coming in if I wasn’t home. All in all it’s been a good place for us. It’s very close to shopping, schools, post office, eating places, churches and the airport. If you want apartment living in the Mesa area this is the best. Ann Allison

I lived here for about a year and half. It is a great community. I never had any issues with noise or bad neighbors. The appartment was spacious and well priced. The pool is nice also. The only downside to the area is that it's close to the airport so you get some noise from it once in a while.

Been living here for a nearly 2 years now and it’s been pretty good. The management just changed but seem good. We’ve never had any issues with living here, treated us well and always get things done the right way. The complex is always in good shape and maintenance keeps up on things very well. And big plus, it only costs us $50 more a month when we renewed the lease. So that was great.

We have lived here over 4 years now. Maintenance calls are top notch, always have repairs done very fast. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. This is only the second time in 53 years that we have lived in apts, and we are extremely comfortable and happy here.

The management here is fantastic! The manager Kristen is quiet but very friendly and sweet, Laurie is very sweet! However don't count on getting your deposit back as no matter how clean you leave the apt maintenance will make up something! Now prices went up from $900 a month which was ridiculous it was going up to $1100+ not including gas, electric, water, sewer, trash oh n they bill for common areas, pest control which is pretty much non existent and a statement fee! Basically plan on being nickel and dimed to death!

This place is nothing but false advertising. They say they have luxury apartments but when you go there they try to show you a regular apartment with no upgrades. Really? Asking 1300 to 1500 for a non upgrade no way. They post false advertising on craigslist.

Horrible customer service. Never answer there phones or return calls. So glad i went with a different complex. Wish they didnt steal my deposit.

Was visiting a friend, property was very clean and quiet definitely a safe environment to be for children to be outside.

I have been renting here since last October and couldn't be happier. So much in fact that I just renewed my lease! The front office is helpful and super friendly. It's great they accept packages for you, especially in the summer heat. The landscape, pools etc are kept so nice! (see photo.) There are tons of trees in the complex, which make it super pretty (and help keep it a little cooler) and they are immaculately maintained. I haven't needed anything other than basic maintenance in my apartment, and it's easy to submit a request online. It's always been completed within 24 hours. I looked at a lot of places in the east valley before I decided on Springs Alta Mesa. All apartment complexes are not created equal - and the one stands heads above the rest.

This is one of the best places to live. The office staff are amazing and never seem to have a bad day. Elvis always has a smile and makes everyone's day brighter. The grounds are well maintained and very pretty. Moving here was the best decision my family made.

Everybody here is amazing, especially Elvis and Laurie. This is the place to live. Cannot recommend it more:)

Lori and Elvis were great with the application and move in process. Both them and Kristen are very helpful with packages and other office matters. Maintenance is prompt and experienced - Ron is really helpful and goes out of his way to make our community clean, comfortable and safe. This is close to a small airport and a busy road - hasn't bothered me, but might may be a consideration for others. I may have to update this review if my rent is increased.:)

The staff here are fantastic. Kristen was very helpful when I had an issue with the movers upon moving in. Laurie is always so pleasant and willing to help with any questions we have. Elvis is one of the best. He always has a smile and is right on whatever we need. The maintenance staff is always on top of the grounds and making sure the work orders are completed in a very timely fashion. The grounds and apartments are the best kept I have seen. We love it here

The Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept up and clean. Maintenance issues have been only a few and they fix things quickly. Everyone I have come in contact with that lives here has been friendly and it's a nice community.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and I'd highly recommend these apartments. Make sure to say hi to Elvis and Kristen.

Worst place my wife and I have lived in the 50 years we have been married. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless i totally hated them. We are so happy our lease is up February 4 (although they insist on 60 days notice so we have to pay through February 18). Good luck on getting anyone to rent this piece of garbage before they clean it up. There is so much mold it makes you sick, not to mention the view of the garbage, recycle bins and the discarded furniture.

Maintenance deals with everything promptly inc things above their pay like picking up after lazy irresponsible pet owners and for the record I have 2 dogs but always clean up after mine!
