Wow! You don't get to see companies work like this today. They are few. The owner has done a great job of expecting the best. Jason was my tech. He not only fixed my issues that were left undone from another irrigation company, he explained everything along the way. The price was amazing for the work performed.
I needed a second day of work and Jason was there early! Called to confirm even. I can't say enough. I'm extremely happy that I found this irrigation company. You won't be disappointed.
They do charge for their initial assessment, but it goes toward work performed. And cost is minimal.

STAY AWAY - Total liars and complete disaster! They will steal your money and provide no service. Do not hire them for anything (completely unprofessional) poor hygiene of employees!

My drip system was suffering from an inoperative zone and as a result I lost one tree and nearly lost two others. I initially called a competitor and after a $90 service call the technician quoted me $350 to fix a minor leak and simply bypass the inoperative zone without fixing the root cause problem. As a result of the excessive price, I called Sprinkler Doctors and thankfully they sent out Loren who was highly skilled and very professional. He immediately diagnosed the clogged line during the one-hour service call and returned a few days later to meticulously eliminate the clog underneath a stone walkway, as well as repair a minor leak and resolve pre-existing flow issues from the initial installation.all for well under $200. The stone walkway was perfectly returned to its original condition after the repair underneath. I can only say that my experience with Loren and Sprinkler Doctors was better than I could have possibly imagined and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional sprinkler system repair.

Shout out to Sprinkler Technician Loren. Loren was at our house yesterday afternoon to repair a leak in a drip system. After finding the first leak and repairing, Loren turned the system back on to check his work and the system. This thoroughness found 3 more leaks. There were 2 locations but damage in the line was found a short distance apart from the original sites. Yesterday was 110 outside and Loren worked through the heat and remained personable and pleasant. As a result of Loren’s thoroughness and professional demeanor I highly recommend Sprinkler doctor

We moved here last year and had a major leak in the front yard. Alex came and quickly repaired the problem and also checked the entire system for us. He then helped me to setup a watering schedule for summer and winter. The schedule we were using was left by the last owner and needed some changes. He really made us more confident with our new desert plants.

My sprinkler system went bad last summer and I was stuck manually opening and closing my valves because my timer/controller went crazy and wouldn't allow anything to work. I made a pledge to not go through that this year. Loren Bennett came today and remedied the issue with my sprinkler box as well as a valve that wasn't opening and flooding water (thus preventing bushes from getting watered). Now i can enjoy my coffee at 4am and know that my grass and bushes won't die if i forget to water them for a few days (manually) since the timer works flawlessly now and does its job as it should. Loren also took the time to explain the box in detail with what zones are what and what programs are available to set timers and he even set my timers with me to ensure it is done correctly. Thank you! Now I don't have to explain to the wife why our plants are dead again this upcoming summer since this will remedy that issue.: D

Loren was very knowledgeable and straight forward letting us know what our options were moving forward. He even took the time to show me a couple of extra things about our system that I did not know. Loren Bennett from Sprinkler Doctors came out and quickly identified and fixed the problem with my sprinkler system. He was very polite and also took the time to run through how to operate the timers on my system, which i was not shown when I recently moved in to my house. He walked the yard and also showed me where the sprinkler drips were as I could not see or find them in the past. He was very helpful.
