I just started my service with sprint and the guy that helped me at this location, Max has been very helpful, nice and knew how to answer all my questions. I will continue to come to this location. All the stuff there are nice and outgoing. It was just an all over great experience and I haven’t had any problems with the service.

Professional Scammers!
This has been the worst experience with any phone carrier I’ve ever had. To start, the employees are all incompetent scam artists. Do not believe them when they say they need to keep your phones when you switch. This is a fake promotion by this third party Sprint store to steal you phones. After 3 hours and 3 employees I had to go to the corporate store, which is on Power and Baseline, to ultimately resolve the problem and to find out that everything in the past 3 hours was a lie. The workers are mean and only want to wring the most money out of you as possible. To repeat I had a paid off phone that they told me I had to trade in to get a new phone, which is a lie because it’s my personal property that I paid off from a different company. Save your self time, money, and horrendous customer service and go straight to the corporate Sprint office.

Avoid this location. Staff is very lazy and when you ask questions they seem like they dont want to help you, like you're inconveniencing them.and when they pull up your account and you ask if you can get an upgrade they huff and puff and say no the phone you want isnt on the list instead of telling me what phone I could upgrade to they just say no.smh they just want to stand around and do nothing. They didnt help us at all.save yourself time and go to power and baseline were the staff truly cares and will help you in every way possible.

Worst service ever I started service because Josh and Brandy said they could get me a good deal a week later I was charged over 300.00 and then gave the run around and I paid a cash deposit. Finally after arguing with them for about 2 weeks I cancelled my service then changed 2000.00 got that taken care of but I am still waiting on my 86.64 deposit that I had made with cash in store and still getting the run around I am about to call my lawyer and let him handle it

I went to superstition springs the sprint store was independent and no help, I went to a a sprint store the quality of help was amazing the people were all top noch, it made me stick with sprint if you need help go with sprint company store

1 star for this location and the overall sprint service on the customer service on the phone. 4 stars for the overall sprint provider experience (quality of calls, texts, internet). Was welcomed with "may I help you" and the representative was nice, but gave me a toll free number and told me to basically to call the number and handle the situation myself even though there was no other customers in the store. Solution: toll free number - that was the help I got. So, I ended up calling the number and being on the phone for like an hour talking to the custumer service, but I was thinking maybe the person working in this store could have called the customer service himself and talk to them faster? I'm sure they have direct lines, because when I was signing up for the sprint service at different location they connected quickly so how come when client has problem they can't connect so quickly and put the customer on hold and tell customer to handle problem themselves.

About the customer service on the phone:
the customer service that I called myself on the phone offerred a renewal service more expensive than I already had which was a complete joke even though I said many times I was getting a cheaper service elsewhere, but he went on going on and on about it and very pushy telling me higher price and how this new service renewal would be better and saying it was cheaper when in fact it was going to be a lot more. So, I ended up leaving sprint service.

Worst cell phone provider I ever dealt with. I've been with them almost 1year and in that time there is not one time my bill was right I have to call every month and complain every time it's a different story never had a company so unproffessional as Sprint.

Almost three hours to activate two new phones and transfer two lines.needless to say he only cared about my girlfriends s8, and I myself and the kids left there with our phones not working and my box for my 800 phone, stayed behind.new phone no charger.sounds just about right!

Guys are very knowledgeable. Quick and easy transaction. Will do phone service here again. Such a good team they remind me of the Golden State Warriors. Jorman, the young man is definitely the Stephen Curry of the team.

Omg Tyler was an absolute doll (: so polite and he really gave me the best deal I could get. In the past this store has been so rude to me, Tyler is a joy so go see him!

Horrible customer service. Reps don't seem to know anything or care to help. Only one out of the 4 I met was helpful at all and he barely knew anything. One didn't want to help so he went to "the bathroom" for 20min and left us to wait. We were only with Sprint for 8 days and because of the service and especially the customer service we'll be going back to AT&T.
