Sprouts Farmers Market reviews
10Excellent food selections especially the organic produce. Friendly staff and easy check out
One of the best grocery stores in my opinion! I only buy groceries from Sprouts. Excellent quality and superior selection
This is our favorite Sprouts to go to. And it's always open and clean and even when it's busy it doesn't feel cramped. Parking's a little bit of a pain but the people there are really nice and helpful.
The self check out guy made me feel so uncomfortable. He micro managed my whole shopping experience. I felt like he was racially profiling me. Even though I came in with my work clothes on and my purse in hand. I didn't even grab a shopping cart because I came 15 minutes before closing. He micro managed everything that I did in the store. Every corner I turned, he was there watching me instead of watching the self check out customers. After grabbing my few items. I went to self check out to pay for my few items. Of course, he was right behind following me, walking up to watch the screen, as I ringed up each and every item. Keep in mind there were 2 white ladies doing self check out before I got there. He paid them no mind. One lady even asked him for help. He was so focused on making sure I was paying for my items. He didn't help her until I left.
So as I was shopping, I ended up needing some Market items from the deli, the female who appeared to have a blue shirt on which I know she was a supervisor was so rude to me in her approach, I felt on 01/13/2023, she was rude for the simple fact that she had the nerve to ask me to let her see and hold my iPhone as if she was entitled while touching contaminated meats, etc and when I told her no in a civil manner and and even kindly explained to her why, which i did not owe her no explanations, she looked at me as if she was appalled, and from that point on I started getting scrutinized as she and her comrad (s) yelled indirect comments through the intercom loudly, and actually directing the announcement to me directly so that I could feel uncomfortable while I was shopping there, they got on the intercom 7 times announcing, repeating that they will be closing the register and that I basically needed to get out of the store immediately, the store supervisor with the blue shirt and wearing A LOT of makeup on her eyes blue eyeshadow, and dark brown hair even came walking up to me directly telling me that I needed to hurry up because she was not allowed to have customers in the store even though she knew I was about finished and having issues finding 4 items, and I did kindly let her know I am almost finished, and I continued having issues locating these few more items, so after realizing as these females yelled though the intercom repeatedly, I had to walk up to the front and plead for help to locating the few items as my cart was full and I was needing these few items, everyone ignored me, this old short lady with glasses turning her lips up, rolling her eyes at me, and a overweight tall male with curly waved brown hair with glasses, rolling his eyes at me ignoring me, that same supervisor with A LOT of makeup on and dark brown hair pulled up in a bun, tall blonde female who was at the register, ignored me, so a man by the name of Shaun, while everyone just glared, stared, rolling eyes and lips turned up at me in disgust, they were looking at me and continued to say nothing. Shaun was the only one that was willing to help and immediately lended a helping hand and as he was making efforts to helping me, the same lady with the blue shirt and supervisor wearing a lot of makeup called Shaun over the intercom loudly and she sounded irritated, told Shaun to immediately come to the front, as he was helping me. I'm just putting my experience on here because Sprouts has been a major issue with the hate and it to is becoming a pattern and issue that needs exploitation at it's fullest and these people get away with it daily, Sprouts truly may want to evaluate who they actually see fit as a true leader because that typical type female supervisor wearing A LOT of makeup and all the staff excluding Shaun were evil, condescending, hateful, prejudice, and caused a hateful discomfort for me as a customer that loves to shop at Sprouts on a regular and in general as a human. Shame on this Sprouts and the way mostly all the staff treated me that evening, excluding Shaun. I did want to stress how professional Shaun carried himself and handled this entire situation with me, it must have been so uncomfortable for him to experience this type of manic aggressive experience with. It seems in my opinion Shaun would seem like a better fit for the supervisor position, he helped me a great deal and made me feel like a good human and later when I got home this experience brought tears to my eyes because I knew I did not deserve to be mistreated this way and do feel it was for something beyond my control, my culture and the color of my skin. I am not ever going to forget they way I I was treated at this location. 02/13/2023
A well stocked grocery store. I just stopped by to get some milk and nuts. The young lady at the cashier register was very nice.
From out of town and it was down the street from my hotel. Great selection for those of us who are food allergy challenged.
Was buying the vegetables and before buying I was casually checking if those are good and while I was checking, a Sprout employee came to me and said "We don't do it here, where ever you come from do this there. " I'm shocked with this racism comment.
This Sprouts is not for me.
Like Wholefood, the items are exquisite and the quantity is small, which is reasonably matched with the emerging rental apartment groups around. Especially suitable for the occasional needs of young office workers.is the price is slightly higher.
Wonderful variety of fresh and organic produce, meats and food along with health care products
