S&S Snack Bar, Tempe AZ

Was given a coupon for a Free Hot Dog.so drove to the Snack Bar. They used to serve hit dogs but don't anymore. Mostly shaved ice was served. I just walked out. Thecplace had No One.not one customer!

Place is a rip off! Hot dogs aren't cooked, raw inside, 2.80 for a can of soda, glad it was a free hot dog couldn't even finish it, it was that bad.

Such a fun find! So many choices for a little snack or treat! Super clean place and friendly owners.

I got some nachos with jalapeños. The chips were very stale. Then, the jalapeños were given in a separate container with lots of juice, so I couldn’t even put the jalapeños on top. Otherwise, all the juice would make it all watery and soggy. I had to dip my fingers in to get them out and put them on the chips. To top it off, they were big chips on the top layer and underneath were hundreds of tiny little chip crumbs. Very disappointed. Definitely do not try this place.

My daughter loved her hawaiian shaved ice and hotdog! Definitely coming back.

It's ok. We got free coupons from our kids school so we went to check it out. Place was empty. My tall 8yr.old was unable to see the flavor of ice cream because the counters were so high. They had an 11yr old working the register. $5 for a small ice cream. Was just ok.

Best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. This is a small and was very filling. Good selection of ice cream and other treats as well. Very clean dining area and family friendly.

Absolutely delightful food and service! The acai was amazing and they were very kind. 11/10 would come again

What a joke this place is selling junk from from 5below and the $dollar store for double the cost, also did not have a inviting atmosphere very weird vibe.
Got the ice cream it was ok, but they didn't make it.
There are better places to get ice cream like what's the scoop.

Great place! Their acai bowl is my favorite. It's very flavorful and delicious, and he's a great texture. They have a lot of variety as well. Definitely worth a visit

A little disappointed because we were given coupons at my work for 1 free scoop of ice cream and the gal from the snack bar told me I'd be able to use them for my kids. However when I took my family in with the coupons they told us it was only 1 coupon per family and so only one of us would get a free scoop even though that was not how it was explained when I was given the coupons nor is that disclosed on the coupon anywhere. That being said I was not inclined to purchase anything more as that was a bit of an upsetting experience.
