A beautiful church in a lovely setting, vibrant with welcoming friendly parishioners and deacons, an inspiring, Biblical, challenging and encouraging priest who is great at practical ways to live in today's chaotic world, an uplifting choir and chanters, and engaging activities for everyone. If you are an Orthodox visitor to Phoenix, or a Phoenician seeking a spiritually rich Christian worship experience, you will do well to visit St. George. Oh! And their October Festival is an annual must for locals for delicious food and family fun!
I'm not much of a church goer, but this is a nice nice and the service is very good. I always enjoy the sermon and love the fact that it is packed inside.
