St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance reviews
30Well I called Monday to schedule a food delivery because I have no car. I have 3 kids and the lady said she would put me down for Friday gave her all my info I even got online and scheduled it myself for Fri 2/12 I I let them know I'm in desperate need at this time I called them in the a.m to confirm we waited all day no food at all thanks alot for giving us hope and for the help I never got!
They very nice and friendly. The line goes fairly quickly. Everything is loaded in the trunk by our service people.
Volunteered with my M. Culinary crew to package food boxes! Really nice ppl over there doing great things for the community!
Just amazing. I got canned food, bread, pasta, frozen meat, fruit and tons more. You can go twice a month. ALL FOR FREE! It's really making a huge difference in my food costs. That's really important these days. Thanks everyone!
Great organization, great people. We attended for a family day in January, great support! Our group packed over 2000 boxes of food! It's very well organized also.
Great people they made me feel welcome even though this is my first time ever seeking help like this they really made me feel welcome I am thankful for having a place like this near me that can help me in time of need highly recommend them
They have proved and streamlined there proseses to the point you can be in and out in 10 minutes or less. Bring a proff of address every time it's mandatory as of Jan 1 2019.
For me I am very grateful every time. I received fruit, fresh, mushrooms, meat, milk, eggs, bread, so much that I freeze, prep foods to freeze. I can get so much to eat healthy! Thank you so very much!
Donate food and supplies to St. Mary's for those going through hard times right now. I believe they have 3 locations 1 of them in Suprise, Az.
I attended this location for the opportunity to do something good. I volunteered for several hours and helped box up food for families in need. I love what St. Mary's does and this was the experience of a lifetime. If you or anyone you know is looking to do something good for those in need consider making a donation or volunteering when you can. I can't stress enough how important places like these are in our society.
We came here @740 am the website says open at 8am the food bank does not open until 9qm you really need to update your time
Saved my family and I from going hungry. Great place. Very clean and organized. Food wasn't ALL that great but nothing to really complain about considering it was free. Make sure this is the correct one for your area. If it's not they will tell you where you have to go. Bring proof of residence and state issued ID or DL.
I loved volunteering here. What they do for our community is amazing. If you ever have an an opportunity to volunteer this is the place. If you have money to donate this is the place to donate. Your money is helping so many people. They stretch the money so far if I remember right for every dollar you donate you create 7 meals. That's just amazing.
Today I took 3 of my clients to get a food box. The employees are great! They treated my sweet clients with respect and dignity that they deserve along with everybody else I saw. Way to go St. Mary's and your employees. You all rock, keep up the great work. We all thank you.
Thank heavens to the St Mary's organization and all the good people who volunteered to make it happen it's an amazing place and they help a lot of people! A good food box and a pretty efficient operation you don't have to wait long. This place deserves a lot of credit for helping a lot of families each & every day.
Great people ergo feeding the hungry, and staff is not upset to be volun-told what to do, They are very helpful and humble folks
All of us at MERCY Worldwide - Phoenix love to volunteer at St. Mary's Food Bank. It is expected that we give to our community, but the wonderful thing about St. Mary's is how organized they are, how they entertain you with music and how we make a big difference in so many peoples lives in such a short amount of time! We will be back, hopefully quarterly, if not more often! Thank you for the awesome work you all do St. MARY'S!
This place has saved me from eating out of the dumpster many times. Or from shoplifting something to eat from the QT up the road (during a couple of desperate moments). If you are homeless they will give you a bag FULL of food. You won't need to refrigerate this food nor will you need a stove or an oven to prepare the food. You can go there one time every week. If you have proof of an address then you can go twice a month. Thank you so much St. Mary's.
We really enjoy volunteering for Sr. Mary's. They provide great services for the less fortunate and during the holiday season - those services are needed most. If you have some free time and you want to give back, visit St. Mary's or any other food bank this holiday season.
They provide services for the community and community agencies. They are one of the best in the valley.
