Bought a plate compactor from them and from day one it didn’t work. They wouldn’t return it even with it being a manufacturers defect. Would certainly not buy from them again.

My buddy and I bought a couple of Chinese dirt bikes there. The lady we first spoke to was courteous and nice, assuring us that buying from them instead of Amazon that they put together the bikes/quads/etc so we could just take them home and ride. Went there to buy them and it was another (very non-friendly) guy, and apparently the one that puts them together. I guess we should have known from his customer service attitude that he does not care. Does not care at all and it shows in his workmanship. We've had to tighten almost every single bolt/nut again, add spacers/washers to the rear end as it was shaking, and now I'm currently waiting for my buddy to pick me up in the truck because my handle bars almost fell off during riding. VERY poor customer service, very poor workmanship, and an attitude that will not get them far. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

STAY AWAY! THEIR STUFF IS JUNK AND THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT! I bought a plate compactor it started burning oil within the first couple hours of use. Have about 10 hours of use or less on it now and the shaft for the vibrator broke making it completely unusable. Called and they said no warranty you can pay us to fix it if you want. I haven't even had it a month and they won't do anything. These cons should be ashamed of themselves.

I gave 3 stars because website showed a bunch more to offer and unfortunately city officials widening the road he had to shorten the store. Not his fault but not much in there.

BE AWARE! Bought a Brand New Bike The guy didn't even fill the gas tank up only about an 1/8 of a tank "just to start it" AND THAN he DIDNT even put any OIL in it if any at all maybe an 1/8 of oil -Ridiculous! Good thing I checked before I went to ride it for the FIRST TIME The dipstick was Completely dry! Lady was cool the guy seemed cool but I think HE'S A SCAMMER now went from good to bad real quick it's up to you to buy from them be aware and CHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS before you even leave the store. My fault I didn't check but shame on them for not doing it the right way and that's what's she told me he was going to do And Didn't Do Any Of it if barely anything ONLY 1/8 of a tank and 1/8 of a oil c'mon man cheap buster BE AWARE!

Place is weird. No tools. Just imported dirt bikes and quads. Stopped by and the salesman seemed annoyed. Didn’t really want to answer questions.

Purchased a 2020 Tao 250 from here and the parts that have needed to be replaced have had the wrong size. The parts were from a Tao 125. And after looking at Tao directly, the version we got was either a 2016 or 2017. When asking about the parts they never know which dimensions or ones to get, they just refer to using a manual which we never got.

Buyer Beware. Purchased a Tao D125 ATV, took it to Pine Top camping. We used it for two hours, then it never started again. We got back in town and they said their mechanic was sick. I called several times and always another excuse. Now I have a ATV that does not work.

Curious about their name because they didn't seem to sell Tools. They have shade tarps and frames and ATVs.

If you want 0 after sales support and to be treated like a 2 year old this is the place for you.

Stacy's is awesome! Grant is under construction but they are there to stay. They did lose part of their building and part of their front parking but it is still easily accessible from Grant or the alley on the south side of their building. Buy Local!

Nice, courteous service. ATVS, motorcycles at super affordable prices, mostly for kids. Definitely the place to shop.

This is one of those kind of down home establishments that makes you feel good inside. Great place

Owner there no good i bought two atvs and 1 rattles alot called spoke to him ask if I can exchange it or buy another one upgrade not to satisfy he denied my request.taking it back tomorrow want exchange or refund.it was supposed to have a 3 month warranty the engine shakes, and rattles alot. Not normal for a new atv. I believe he just sold me lemon atv. If I have to Take him to court I plan on it.

Terrible service take your money else where. Sell terrible equipment and does not stand by there stuff brand new out of the box equipment that did not work

One star minus 10. Bought 4 4 wheelers have had trouble with 2. Told them they said there would be a charge if they they had to keep them overnight. Brand new ones still under warranty. Plus they make you take titles to a convenence title place. They refuse to fill the back of the title out so it can be taken to motor vehicle. BEWARE of spending any money there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Bought a dirt bike for my son. We knew what we wanted when we went in. Good little bike so far and good customer service. Asked if they offered financing, they don't. So just be aware of that

Update: So we've had the bike for two weeks and it's already falling apart. The muffler is just dangling and the heat shield fell completely off. It's losing power and does nothing but backfire. Called about the 3 month warranty and it's only on the motor but if that does happen to go out, you still have to pay labor. Don't waste your money here because that's all it is, a waste of money

This place is great if you're looking for any kind of sudden shade awnings they got everything. Plus a little bit more.

Won't be going there again. They weren't wearing face masks, which is breaking public safety law in Tucson. Clearly doesn't care about his son who was there with him, or his customers.

Have used tools at fair prices. Too bad it's going to be bulldozed in a few months for street widening.
