Managing multiple Group Homes and Being the Nurse as well has been made much easier with the help and assistance from Staff on Site. Shawn and Elishia have not only been responsive to my needs but attentive, and supportive of helping us grow as a company and have provided the resources we need. In challenging days such as COVID, they have stepped in at short notice to assist providing knowledgeable and caring staff that have worked the front line to care for our loved ones and residents. Shawn and Elishia are two individuals that know what customer service is all about. They work as a strong management team and lead a strong group of staff which is why their staff continue to work with them. Elishia has always taken the extra time to check in, listen to the needs, and respond efficiently. They are highly recommended and I will continue to use their services as we grow. Staff on Site has been AMAZING to work with. They helped me out once and I was grateful. Then I found myself in a huge bind and they jumped on my need immediately and saved the day! I have Nothing to say Alicia she is not just a boss but she is a friendly, even if u call off at the last hour she understand a meaning of Emergence, even if u don’t feel like going to work the way she communicate with u at that time u end up ur at work Alicia my boss keep it up

I love Staff on Site i can call days in advance for a shift i need covered or iv even called last min literally had a staff member call off a hour n half before a 11pm shift on a friday night & Staff on Site eased my mind and found me coverage in 10 min.
