Ordered the smoke tinted LED taillights for a 2020 Ford Ranger. James Schoenhofen at Tech Support was very helpful and answered all my questions. The installation video on YouTube was excellent. The taillights fit perfectly, work as advertised and look great. Highly recommend this product for anyone thinking of dressing up their vehicle. Quality Parts and Excellent Service.

Called for a question on an exhaust system someone answered right away and gave me the info. I ordered on a Monday product was delivered on Wednesday. Great customer service fast delivery.

8 to 12 weeks to receive an item that American trucks can deliver in 3 days. Canceled my original order and never received a confirmation. Seems like an out of garage operation

I have requested a status on my throttle body and to no avail, I still have yet to hear back. At this point it is theft over a $500 part. I’ll ensure this is brought forth to every Raptor page I can find.

I needed new Bilstein 5100s for my 4runner, and these dudes had the best price on the full set I could find online. I was kinda hesitant after seeing some of their reviews, but I called them and they told me they have it in stock. I fired off the order and had my shocks in hand in 3 days.
My experience couldn't have been better, and the 4runner is back hitting trails all over Colorado.

The parts I ordered got to me quickly and the staff was helpful in checking stock for me. Would use again.

Recently purchased a 2.5” level kit and camber bolts from S3M for my 2022 F150 lariat 4x4,3.5 l Ecoboost. Perfect fit and customer support was great and helped to answer all my questions on the install.

Purchased AFE mach force exhaust system. Not only was it a great price, stage3 was the only place that didn’t charge an arm and a leg extra for the black tip as opposed to the chrome tip like everywhere else online.

Ordered MBRP 3” exhaust for Toyota Tacoma. When I received the exhaust it had a dent in the tail pipe, by fault of the shipping company. I called Stage 3 they gave me a discount. I’ve called Stage 3 a few times inquiring about different parts. Very good customer service and knowledgeable.

I placed an order on 2/3/23 and still have not received my parts Order number: 485826 as of 3/7/23. Contacted customer service on 2/15/23 and was told order would be shipping today, one month after order was placed. Now am being told 4 more weeks.

Here comes the bad review I promised you on the phone.
First off I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of products from stage 3. I also don’t leave reviews often or ever. BUT,
My order came as promised but was missing rear brake pads with the z36 truck and tow kit, called service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional. This doesn’t change the fact I now have to file a police report for them forgetting to send my pads to get anything done. Or buy another set of pads to complete my order for the set I already purchased and never received. I was under the impression when I originally paid for them I would get them. Will never shop here again. Ordered pads to go with my kit off Amazon will be here in 2 days. Good job stage 3 you lost a good customer over 50$.

Use to be a great company but now they sale you parts with fake lead times just to get your money. The customer service is awful if not the worse. I’ve had two bad experiences in a row and won’t ever buy from them again.

I ordered a set of leaf springs for my raptor from them at a 3 to 4 weeks wait, a 4 weeks i had not herd from them so i emailed to ask, Braeton from stage 3 reached out to vender and they said another 5 to 7 weeks wait to ship, this was to long for me and i could not wait, Braeton went beyond to make sure i got what i needed and got them ordered from another vender with tracking number the next day, saving me from a huge issue, after having a horrible experience with one of the competitor company's which i shall not name, Braeton and stage 3 have restored a sense of hope in the parts industry i had lost years ago, i greatly appreciate him and Stage 3 Motorsports and would rate them higher if i could, defiantly have my future business, a breath of fresh air in the declining world of service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spoke with someone over the phone hoping to get their professional opinion on suspension. From the beginning of the call, the guy seemed annoyed with me for asking a question about two different suspension brands and which one would be the better application for the intended use. He asked what truck it was going on and when I told him a Chevy Silverado I could tell he really wanted to get off the phone with me because they don’t sell anything for Chevys on their website. He made it clear I was wasting his time. Rather than being courteous, he tried to make me feel like the questions I had were dumb questions to ask when it was just about suspension and when doing a overland build suspension is big peace of the build. What he doesn’t know is in the near future I’m planning on doing an overland build on a new Ford raptor, but I think he thought I was young and didn’t have any money. Oh well, taking my business to another shop.

Stage3 is excellent to work with and the pricing is competitive. I did have a return on one item and they processed it seamlessly. They are my go to when searching for F150 accessories.
