Always good professional service with Stanley! If I could recommend a place on your scheduling app for specific directional instructions that would help. Delivery driver apps include that ability and it helps because in our community the developers decided to give every building the same # & the only way for 1st timers to find exact locations is to provide detailed instructions.

Got a quote for our tile and grout and carpet told him exactly what rooms needed to be done. Talk to the girl three times she gave us a quote and we agreed we waited a week to get the service done. We are both disabled, so it took us a day to get the house ready for them to come Showed up look at the house. Oh no we need to charge you an extra $600 added to your quote and there’s nothing you can do about it, so do you want us to do the service we said no I asked for a manager to call me no phone call. It could just be this branch we used in North Phoenix. Would not recommend them. Specially they don’t bother to call us back. Disappointing

September 14,2023 The Stanley Steemer tech, Joseph exceeded my expectations again. Joseph was courteous, professional, and extremely careful while moving furniture. The carpets are clean and the house feels fresh and clean. I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for a quality cleaning service. Do yourself a favor and step up to Stanley Steemer

We were a first time customer and couldn’t be more pleased! We called at 11: 30am and asked about cancellations - and Brayden was at our house two hours later! Amazing response and so professional.

Thought about doing this ourselves, and local home improvement store got us to think twice and suggested calling Stanley Steamer? ! So glad they were honest with us at the store as we never could’ve done it half as good!

The technicians were super friendly, thorough, took the time to explain/answer questions and did a great job cleaning my air ducts and installing a new air purification system, highly recommend!

Unfortunately my dog left me a big surprise on my brand new carpet. I was able to get scheduled right away, and Johnny, the technician that came out was wonderful! He was very professional, informative, and did a fantastic job removing the stain and smell! Thank you so much! Will definitely be using them again!

I had Stanley Steeler’s out to remove the soil from my fabric covered headboard. They did their recommended cleaning and the headboard looks exactly as it did before they cleaned it. A total waste of my money! Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend.
