Go in occasionally for some printing copies etc. Jessica always does a nice Job and is happy to help with whatever needs you have small or LARGE!

I met David Kirk, manager of Staples Metrocenter #0377, at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. I learn of all the promotions especially the Back to School values. I had some bookmarks made and David even delivered to the house. If I have a question about batteries or technology he and the staff are very knowledgeable. They have stayed open, stayed safe and continue to help large and small businesses stay open and operating.

Poorly staffed, everybody was just standing around and talking with their coworkers instead of helping find toner or getting papers laminated.

This is a lemon business, the inventory is poor. The idea go to store is get the product right now. It's stupid go to store and make a order. Use Amazon!

I walked in today and get bum rushed and followed by an obese manager asking me if I need help with a rude tone. She didnt rush anyone else walking in and follow them around. So rude and uncomfortable to be treated like that!

Wonderful employees! Both were very nice, had a smile and helpful. It was a good shopping experience.

We dropped by unexpectedly one Sunday almost closing time (Mar 10th) to buy a small filing cabinet that was on SALE and there was only 1 box left. The staff/gentlemen that were there at the store was very helpful to us.

No one here has knowledge about where you should go for printer repairs even though they sell printers

I went to purchase (2) acrylic chair mats shown as "in stock" at Metro Center store for $29.99 each.the customer service person first said there were none in stock.then checked his inventory on ipad and said he had 1. When I showed him their were actualky 2 small sized ones on the floor that matched the specs for the $29.99 ones, he said they were $43.99. The large $43.99 ones were actually hanging on the display rack which I pointed out to him. Heading to OfficeMax.

Easy to get to. Didn't have what I wanted, but very C/S oriented. Everyone I came in contact with very nice.

Nice store, great location right off the freeway and next to an In-and-Out so that is always a plus. Their electronics are not as inexpensive as Fry's but they are close to us and have a good selection of stuff.

I will never use them again. It takes more then 24 hours to print something. Other places you can just wait. I will never use them again

Super lame! I hate to spend money in a store where they won’t let customers is the bathroom. Nothing like waiting in a line of five people for the one only register while trying not to piss yourself.

Clean store. Easy to get help from good staff. In and out quickly and found what I needed. Aisles are labeled for ease of finding what you want.

Ok not all Staples stores are bad.this one store had bad customer service.no one seem to what to help out.what I needed they did not have.or could tell me if one of there stores had what needed in printer ink.plenty of parking and handicap parking. I felt they did not seem to want to help.so I went to another Stapes store and they were that happy to help me.

Stood at copy center counter for 15 minutes without getting acknowledged. 2 employees walked by even after I tried to get their attention. Another employee was in ear shot never said hi it I'll be right with you while she stood in the back and ignored us

This Staples location does a great job of keeping the store clean and helping out its customers. Their Print services are quick and great quality! Jessica M is always super friendly and helps out with all of my printing needs.

I came in because I needed to print out a calendar really quick. I used the email print option which is a little tedious but I'm okay with that. I looked at the print preview and it showed the entire calendar the way it should look; however when it printed it printed in 5'7 instead of 8'11. I'm like okay, that's a little annoying but what ever I'll just ask the lady at the printing counter if she can fix it. She pulled it up on her computer and saved it and said it would take her a hour to print it out. A HOUR!

That's rediculous. I understand that people at the print center get busy filling out orders but she already had mine pulled up and it would have taken her 1 minute to print it out. How do I know this? Because it's happened to me before and the printing person at that time pulled it up and fixed it so fast I thought nothing of it.

I really think she said a hour so I would just go away and she wouldn't have to deal with it. Anyways, I didn't think staples was doing so well that they could ignore customer service but apparently they are so busy with business that it would take them an hour to print my calendar in 8'11. Well I'd hate to inconvience them anymore with my petty business.
