106 W Osborn Standing Around Watching Your Customers Go in & Out of Staples Store Isn’t Getting The Job Done, Nor Is It Helping Customers Get & Need What They Came In For Done As Quickly As Possible. Assisting Your Customers Would Be More Helpful.

Teayana, an employee at this location, was extremely polite, kind and informative. Service was exceptional especially during Covid-19. Went back twice and service was always on point. A place definitely worth going to for all your office needs. Bravo!

The manager at this store is an extremely strange and rude person. Comes across as a helicopter head, sort of like the rotors are spinning but he’s not going anywhere. We’re never going back to this store again.

Extremely helpful. I called and they gave me the information. I went everything was where they said and better than my expectations. Then in checkout they explained to me how to earn in stre credit as a teacher. This staples is a jewel in downtown Phoenix. Thank you!

Ever since the last print supervisor left I wanna say around December, this stores print area has been a DISASTER! Cant even get a quote through email anymore. Definitely won’t be reaching out to this place again for promotional material, this place is far from being professional anymore.

No help at the ups desk, and no"public restroom"? - excuse me! I am a customer by definition, the lazy employee (not at the ups desk) just disnt want to walk over there to show me where it was. *Annoyed*

The employee that works in the copy and print area.had at least 3 to 5 different situations going on at one time I.
Can't remember his name (tall gentleman). He was very professional and delt with every customers needs

Staples is one of the better places to get what you need to do, from the high school person to the professional business group. It's our go to place!

Worst experience every i only needed copies an to fax the guy said one moment since he was helping a customers but when he was done he looked at me for 5mins or so to the point i had to apporach again an he ask oh do you need help worst place ever

Alex was so helpful, he took his precious time walking and helping me, showing me things, explaining things to me if I didn't understand. He was extremely knowledgeable in electronics. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Clean store no screaming kids not crowded. It's like one-on-one help. My cell phone products that I bought seem to be doing the trick, great product at a great price.

Couldn't help with damaged headphone return after paying for protection plan due to the protection plan being outsourced to a third party. Nearly every item offered by Staples is also offered online via Amazon, which has a much more convenient return service for nearly half the price for many of their products. Pay for an online memberships elsewhere and let antiquated businesses die.

Great parking lot to chill and eat a burger but watch out for the tweaker with the gel pens wandering around!

The staff at this store are really attentive, they greet you, and take you to everything you need. They are even good at helping you find things you're not sure what they're called!

I love this place they help me they are extremely friendly and nice I go there all the timeeee for dusters, monitors and the monitors are is good quality I bought 3 there none have broken yet I have had then for a year or two
