Starbucks, Phoenix AZ

Ordered postmates, ordered a Venti triple longshot iced coffee with almond milk and what you see below is what I got. I also ordered a venti medicine call tea and a cup with just ice and did not recieve it. This store is the worst! I've had trouble with them through drive through as well. Never will I return here, you have no value in the starbuck brand.

Still on the expensive side and the drive through isn't easy most convenient. But they have great scones.

What happened to this location? Used to be so on top of it few months ago. I have tried 3 times in last week, but will not be returning. Too many things to list. Will drive extra 7 minutes to the next.

Such a terrible experience. One of the baristas there had me so twisted with her nasty attitude. Britney needs to check herself. I’ve been to this location a bunch of time and her attitude was unacceptable. Good coffee thought.

I Ordered Carmel frapp, no whip TWICE and even the remake had whip. They were remaking every other drink

The issue with this place is the evening coffee can taste a little burnt and for 6 bucks they should put more effort

I'm sorry, maps is so assuming.lol I don't do Starbucks! It's expensive, the coffee doesn't taste very good unless overwhelmed with a bunch of additives and there's always, well the two times I've had it! Residue, very fine from the grounds in the coffee cup at the bottom.lol

Standard Starbucks coffee, served to placate the caffeine monger in all of us.
This visit, I had been trying to wean my normal super-duper addiction to caffeine down to a background roar.
Ordering a delicious Mocha, frozen but without the 6 extra shots of espresso, the drink was delicious. I did survive the caffeine deficit. 8-)
Cleanliness was Great, to excellent.

One of the best group of baristas in the valley! I love this store but I feel very unsafe in here due to the homeless/sketchy people that are ALWAYS in this store. I feel so bad for the baristas having to deal with so much always asking them to respect the surrounds and them not listening. PLEASE change the policy and help keep this store safe

This Starbucks is very slow! Even on a Saturday at 5: 00 pm. The staff don’t come to the window to tell you, “It will be just a minute for your drink. ” Once I was at the window it took 5 minutes to get my drink. FIVE minutes for a tall chai latte? !? ! There are too many Starbucks the area to bother with this one again.

Had a really good experience here at this location. Mark was super helpful.he’s super funny and definitely cares about his customers. I come here all the time and he always is so helpful and always has a smile on his face. I really love and appreciate feeling welcomed.thank you Mark:)

One of the worst managed Starbucks in the valley. Always understaffed and slow, frequently out of drip coffee and often cold if they have it

This Starbucks was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly my green tea was made quickly and was very good they didn't have the banana nut bread that I usually get but they did have a very nice gingerbread that was also very good.

Friendly staff with valuable recommendations and are always very accomadative and careful with my order. Will return again, next time I go shopping at Target.

I walk in and waiting more than 7 minutes for water. The employees there work slow. Poor service. Starbuck you need better service. Thank you, good day

Stopped in for a quick drink on my way to t-mobile looked like they were closed/closing but they served me anyways with a smile.

Usually this Starbucks is pretty descent. I come here probably three times a week on average for the last 6 months. Last three weeks or so have been difficult. Starbucks is normally busy. They are a huge corporation so if you come to Starbucks you normally expect to wait. But wait a half an hour to get your drink when you always order it ahead of time on the mobile app is ridiculous. Most of the time they say they don’t have the order so I have to show them then the barista gets the manager and the manager shows them how to access the mobile orders. Drive thru is even worse. Sitting here now in the same spot for the last 20 minutes with three cars in front of me and we have not moved. Keep in mind everyone has already ordered and we are all waiting to get our drinks.
So now a little over ten minutes after I started this review, I finally have my drink. Each car in front of me received one drink. Over a half hour wait for four drinks at 10 in the morning. If this was the first time then I would not be so inclined to write a review. The employee at the window this morning was also very rude when taking the orders. Inside was not busy. I should have just went inside as the parking lot was practically empty even with other business being open.

I really don’t like this place I come so many times around 9: 15 and they always say sorry we close they supposed to close at 10pm i can see their inside but don’t want do the job I will never come again

Had a great experience there. Bathrooms were clean. They opened on time and were ready to go. I ordered is the secret menu and loved it. Encourage everyone to check it out! This was one of my best Starbucks experiences. The location is great, workers are friendly and it's so clean! 5/5
