Starbucks, Flagstaff AZ

I made an order through UberEats. This Starbucks wrote me a note explaining they were out of the syrup I ordered, so they gave me the sugar free version and included a $4 gift card to make up for it. So very kind! I hope the baristas here are being recognized for their great work.

Rudest service! So disappointed as my local store in Van Buren, Arkansas is incredibly friendly. I spend over $300 a month. They know me by name. Barista was rude. She handed me my drink and said here’s your honey oatmilk flat white. I explained that I ordered a honey almond milk flat white. She said next time order it correctly. I said mam I did. Then, the lady at register said sorry to the barista as she entered it in correctly. So barista made wrong. But, she was rude rude and didn’t even apologize. I’m extending grace here. But, next time please do a better job with your customers.

This is a great Starbucks, even with the outdoor seating it’s a great place to get some work done and get coffee.

Very bad, wait too long. I asked for coffee no foam, I got 2 venti, I got foam and coffee half full!

Time after time I say I’ll never go to the drive thru, and then I cave. It is by far the slowest service I ever have experienced. I’m done!

Nice location, price is decent. Coffee kinda tasted more water when I got it. Although I think coffee depends on the barista.

Staff that was at the drive thru was friendly. I got my drinks fast and just the way I wanted them.

Was slower than expected, but the customer in front of me was to blame for that not the store. My frappe was perfect though, and you can tell they like coffee there.

Your serves was the best we have ever had in flagstaff and the girl the we had to give us our drinks were funny and just the best experience I have ever had

Does anyone know what is going on? Huge mess of cars trying to turn around. A handwritten small piece of paper states store closed and drive-thru blocked with chairs. Very strange. They need a sign up front.

I went in for keto friendly drinks that shows on your website you make. I showed the very rude cashier the drink I wanted she told me they don’t make any of them. Also she tried correcting me on something I did not say. So I ordered a small Frapp and my husband got his within 5min my took almost 30 min to get. The lady making it was also very rude. Very poor customer service

The service was terrible and the manager or owner at the front counter was rude. She also had black live matter pin on the front of her shirt. If I would have seen that first I would have gave them my bisdness.

Absolutely one of best Starbucks! I’m definitely a loyal customer to this store! Baristas and cashiers are super friendly and communicative when they see me knowing I am Deaf and they made sure my order gets to me as soon as it’s ready. ️️

Although they are very busy. The have really good team work and get the drinks out as fast as possible <3

The coffee was good and the drive thru attendant was nice but we got a little stuck in the drive thru with our trailer and the manager just yelled at us and didn't even try to hold the line or offer help

We had gotten Starbucks at the interstate in Camp Verde and it was horrible. I went in here and the young man stated that we were the 2nd ones in 30 minutes to come from that Starbucks with a complaint. He immediately had our order recreated, free of charge! They were great tasting like they should of been. Thank you!

This store is absolutely filthy dirty. Definitely not covid safe here. Employees look stressed and not engaging with customers. Tried to ask for a straw 3 times finally reached and grabbed my own got scolded like a kindergarten kid from a employee with pink hair a d glasses. If she was courteous and paid attention to her customers instead of walking away each time I would never have to reach for my own. Health department needs to take a look at this establishment for sure.
