Starbucks, Chandler AZ

I ordered a heated up butter croissant and a caffine-free peppermint mocha. I just got a half lukewarm, half cold croissant and a regular mocha with a little whipped cream on top after asking if I wanted it.

I could understand if she was training, but I can tell this barista didnt care enough to make an effort when making my drink and it's such an ugly feeling.

Even though there is no drive through, they make the drinks fast, there is usually no lines and I have never had a drink made poorly at this location!

I go in this morning to get a drink and Tera took my order. She never said good morning or hi can I take your order. She was in a bad mood! Worst service ever. Customer service training is needed at this location! Never go back!

Waited for a minute or so with no one else in line except me, the two staff members never greeted nor acknowledged me, then some lady walked up, cut in front of me they immediately took her order. So I just left, this was just unbelievable to me. I’ll take my $8 elsewhere.

One of the rudest Starbucks I've ever been in. No hello, you're welcome etc. Someone needs to teach them how politeness works.

Jared is the best one here. His personality and the way he treats you as a customer is well worth the trip. Some of the new trainees are difficult to deal with, but the ones who have been there a while make it a personal and enjoyable experience. You just have to time it right.

It is inside a Safeway Store. The tables was tightly spaced. Most of all, I have never known a Starbucks that doesn't have Strawberries Frappuccino!
