The Gilbert house is so great! The atmosphere is so relaxing, the wonderful owner is amazing and so are her workers. The food is Delicious. We will definitely be back again. God Bless the owner for being so kind and thankful to everyone.
Do not go to this Starbucks. One black lady. She did not exchange my coffee. I order hot coffee with oat milk in drive thr. So I went to back her in drive thrw. Can please exchange my coffee because she put regular milk. She told me go different Starbucks exchange.

I was able to get my gift card redeemed and I was in and out lickety-split. The coffee was fresh, although whipped cream did drip off a bit down cup, but taste was good. The best part was when I went to this Starbucks there was not a long line like I have seen at other Starbucks.
The coffee was good, but the snide remarks from the MOD about me not having a mask on, though it was visible in my hand. I was trying to put my keys in my pocket and then put it on. She simply glared at me and sneered, "Do you have a mask!? " Thanks for that. One less establishment I have to patronize!
One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The coffee is always good and the service is also good. Sometimes those a wait is just a little too long.
Good starbucks, usually there is long drive through lines at this location. Nice and clean inside. They always make my drink exactly how I order it.
Friendly and quick staff but I ordered a hot Latte with non fat milk and got a cup of what seems like hot water and milk. There is honestly no coffee in my cup.
Omg. How many times do I have to complain about this store! This continues to display the worst service I receive at Starbucks! I ordered a mobile order with the estimated time of 5-6 mins. Why did it take 18 minutes to get two coffee orders with no modifications! Why no barista asked what I waiting on. Why did people that arrived and ordered from the front counter receive their coffee before me.
As usual the customers that come inside are not as important to the customers in the drive thru
Brenda was awesome, engaging and friendly! I accidently ordered from another location on the app (that I frequently go to). I was waiting in line and I'm hold with Starbucks customer service and she stepped up and helped navigate resolution quickly and easily. It made my morning! I really appreciated her calm collected demeanor even when I wasn't being the best customer.
Did a mobile order for 2 venti coffees. One was an iced Americano with whipped cream and the other an iced latte. My Americano cup was filled 3/4 with my drink and the rest whipped cream. The dome lid for the whip cream was useless because there was nothing above the cup rim. I pointed this out to the lady and she offered to either add more whipped cream or water only! I said "that's a lot of money for 3/4 of my drink", she stuck with her statement and refused to give me my full venti drink! I left because I had a meeting I didn't want to be late to, but am not okay with the service and lack of care. Starbucks is a luxury I treat myself to every once in a while but will not continue to spend my money with then if this is the new expectation! Very disappointed.
Barista said she didnt have the ingredients to make the specialty coffee that I had seen online, so we didnt get anything.
The drinks were nice, but when we spilled our water nobody helped us and I was very sad for the rest of the day: ' (
Rude baristas who feel that making fun of their customers is ok and getting their order wrong everytime is somehow just a mistake
Absolute worst Starbucks drive-thru experience I've ever had. Not only did they get my drink size incorrect but I was the only person IN the drive-thru and had to wait about 5 minutes for a GRANDE GREEN YEAH L TEA FRAPP. THEN I wasn't even offered anything for my gas and time, leaving with a smaller drink than ordered.
