Waiting close to an hour for a drink that was ordered through the app, while people are coming and going is ridiculous

I had a great visit here. I was picking up an internet order. This order was available as soon as I got there. As for the drink itself. It wasn't too sweet, and it was just right. There wasn't anything to complain about in my visit.

Second time I order ahead and I go at the time the App tells me my drink (s) will be ready and end up spending over 20 minutes waiting for my items! RIDICULOUS

It's Starbucks. You either love it or hate it. I love it. If you do love it, and you dont have the app, you are missing out on a lot of freebees; not to mention the the convenience factor of being able to order ahead of time and literally never have to wait for your order. Keep it up Starbucks. Love the reusable plastic holiday cups. Wouldn't have known they were giving them out without the app pushing a notification.

Update: Continues to be a great Starbucks. Attached photos sure to make PSL fans happy.

Shout out to Ryan. As an Uber eats driver, he always acknowledged us drivers and took care of the order I was picking up. The rest of the staff doesn’t provide the same service, often times not even paying attention to Uber eats drivers

I was in drive thru and ordered a drink that had to be redone after it was not made correctly. I ended up having to refund that second drink as well because it was clear they weren’t understanding what I was trying to get across to the employee taking my order. She was rude to me (passenger) and my brother (driver) and he even mentioned to me that she made several mean eye cues while assisting us. When she handed us drink #2, she didn’t even look at us. She just handed the drink over and expected us to leave. Normally, anywhere I go (especially Starbucks) they usually ask if it tastes okay just in case, and they politely close the conversation.

The drink was “Venti strawberry açaí, blended, strawberry purée (bottom of cup), strawberry inclusions added after its blended. ” A bit long, but I didn’t expect it to be this difficult since I’ve ordered this for years. Even if it was difficult, I didnt think the behavior was appropriate. I made sure I was polite throughout the entire interaction the best I could, which I was. The guy who refunded my order also let me know it was no problem for him and apologized for the inconvenience (which makes the difference considering wait time, leaving with no drink and a bunch of coins from the change of the 1st drink & the refund), although it was not his fault.

Normally this is my go to Starbucks never had any issues staff is always friendly, except for today, it was two gentlemen helping at the window, one by the name of Diego, and the other said he didn’t know his name. They were rude and when I asked questions they couldn’t help me and just blew me off. I don’t understand why work in customer service if you don’t like to help people.

Probably the best Starbucks location in South Phoenix. Definitely above and beyond the 24th street location. Service is quick and friendly, although the hours can be a bit inconsistent. Pretty much the best you could hope for out of a Starbucks.

I’ve been to so many different locations all over America and I have to say, this location has the worst attitude. I’d rather drive the extra few miles if it meant getting better service:)

I had a Carmel Frappuccino decaf, it was delicious as usualEveryone was polite and hard at work it was a packed morning like always getting coffee to start the day. I was in the drive through it was moving at a great pace, on my way in no time.my favorite place to go for a delicious selection of coffee. Starbucks 24th st. Baseline.

This is the worst Starbucks ever first of all order ahead is never available even when it’s not busy which doesn’t make sense and secondly I go in because the doors open and then they tell me I have to order through the drive-through what kind of Fruitloop world we live in now I hate Starbucks.

One of my favorite locations. Employees are polite and helpful. Fast service and my drinks are almost always made correctly.

Wonderful. Even though they have closed their dining area due to staffing issues. Sophia was incredibly sweet, knowledge, informative, friendly and not too mention easy on the eyes. People just need to be patient in the line because they aren't taking online orders either. Wait to turn so not to block the oncoming traffic into the drive thru.

Worst customer service of all the Starbucks I’ve visited (and there’s a lot) this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I won’t put her name on here I’m not going to stoop to her level but hopefully they give her the real training she needs to succeed you need it working customer service.

I think it’s time to speak about this since it’s been on my mind, and like the great musical artist “Moneybagg Yo” says: “I just looked at my wrist, I got time today. ” I understand entirely how hard it is to get up and go to work, especially at a fast-food/quick delivery establishment. I know MOST of the workers are there to give it their best. Trust me, I appreciate it when I see it. However, we’re all consumers and we all know how important it is to not only get great service but also get what you pay for. While this is not strictly a Starbucks Inc.issue, it is the place where I happened to run across this situation today. I personally believe that a great morning is crucial to having a great day and spreading that positive energy you feel throughout the day. For me, part of that great morning includes a coffee 90% of the time. While I often opt to make my own at home, there are times you’re on the go and need one quickly. This was one of those times. I ordered two coffee both including a substance commonly known as “Caramel Drizzle”. Now, this is not a free add on. When I got my order the add on was not included and the ice portion was poor at best, but that irrelevant at this time. The reason why this tickled me the wrong way is because, while the workers do have other people to help, I feel it is important to take pride in providing the CORRECT order even if your service is lacking. This one error sets forth a chain reaction believe it or not. This one error caused me to take time out of my morning to go back in and get what I paid for (otherwise Starbucks Inc would be stealing from me). Taking time out to do that, then causes me to catch a red light I should not have. Stopping at that red light delays me 2 minutes, which then causes me to see a live car accident that then delays me 18 minutes. After that 20 minute delay, my morning is ruined so I go home and strike my wife. After I strike my wife, she calls the police and GUESS WHO’S GOING TO JAIL TONIGHT? So, thanks Starbucks for ruining my family because of your lack of attention to detail. I hope God post my bail tonight.
