Starbucks, Phoenix AZ

Don’t ever go there if you have somewhere to be. Been waiting 20 mins for a sandwich and chai tea. Even ordered ahead. This always happens here.

Clean and very friendly staff. I normally use their drive-thru but do go inside on occasion. We normally get a drink and something to eat for each person. Their paninis are one of your favorite foods.

Don’t go here terrible customer service. Waited over an hour (time stamp on drink ordered at 1: 22) they had the drive thru closed and when we got to the window they informed us we ordered at the wrong location and to go up the street (literally a block away) to get our drinks. We got to the second location to get our drinks at 2: 45, YES we waited OVER AN HOUR in the wrong drive thru and they didn’t offer to help us out. Called the location on 7th and bell and the sweet barista met us at the door to hand us our drinks. Go there instead.

Siriah was the hugest help today. We had a few questions and she was so knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to make sure we got all the information possible about their products. It’s rare you come across someone so awesome at their job and also so ridiculously pleasant. Thank you for your help and for making the best brown sugar- oat milk- shaken espresso ever! Go Starbucks!

It used to be that this restaurant was so fast, however, it’s been crazy the last year. I will give them credit because everyone is short staffed, but having to wait in store for 15 to 20 minutes for a mobile pickup is a little frustrating.

The last 3 times I've gone to this store, I've ordered a grande latte and the cup came to me half full. I've decided that I'm going to switch to Dutch Bros. They never short me even though they're always extremely busy.

Karen is always the best! She has excellent customer service and she works that drive thru window like a boss. It’s always a good day when she’s there.

I’m probably gonna miss spell her name and I’m sorry but Soraya was so funny and cute she really made the wait worth it, and the energy of everyone just brought a smile to my face thank you so much!

Everyone at this location is so kind and wonderful always get the best customer service here. This today my daughter and I had Finn taking care of us and he was absolutely amazing! Excellent service!

Pretty upset about my recent visit to this Starbucks. I didn't have a problem with waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line, I'm a pretty patient person but then they gave me iced coffee when I asked for chai tea when the cup is labeled chai tea. I didn't realize until I got home. When I tried to call to let them know what happened the phone rings and rings. I tried to call 3 times. Overall one of the worst experiences to date at any Starbucks location.

Nice place nice location parking is OK but no soft seats so you won’t stay in long but the coffee is still good

Came here to have my drink remade, the girl behind the counter was so amazing! I was greeted when I walked in, and everyone was so sweet! I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who remade my drink! She wrote a lil note and is so adorable! If you see this, you’re awesome too, lovely!

The line here in the drive-through is nothing unusual but I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes now. What is the deal with Starbucks being so slow in Phoenix?

They recently added paying with your credit or debit card through the app! Not my favorite coffee place but a great standard.

I stopped here on my way to work this morning and waited nearly 15 minutes just to order. There weren't many cars in front of me so maybe there was a complex order, but even once I did order it was another 10 min before I even got my drink. I ordered a Venti Chai with pumpkin cold foam and very lite ice. Once at the window the girl informs me it was over $6, when thats not what I had paid the other day for the exact same drink. I asked why and she explained they charge extra for the cold foam. I took the drink and headed to work, only to notice my cup was 3/4 full of ice. Upon tasting the drink it seemed to be very textured, like there had been a packet of raw sugar dumped in. It was very very disappointing. I understand they were busy, but this is the second time I've had a bad experience from this location. Previously I ordered a refresher and was given an iced coffee instead. I do not think ill be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service. Little bernet girl with grey mask was on her cell phome the whole time, then when she got off the phone she walked away and had me wait another 10 min. I work for post mates so when im in the front of thebline i dont expect to take 20 min just to order

Even if the drive-thru line is long, this particular Starbucks moves through the line quicker than any other location I've been to.
