Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
16The people are amazing, but the drive through is consistently a headache. We go out of our way to avoid this location.
This store was just remodeled and they added more seating with new paint and a overall refresh. Like the additional seating but miss the bench seating.
Poor service waiting 20 min for a cake pop asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch and this is what I got
Really slow. Just waited 20 minutes for a mobile order I made 10 min before. Hordes of people waiting.
We got our food right away but had to wait almost 30 mins for a drink. We had already ate the food long before we got the drink. Pretty disappointing
This is a very nice Starbucks location. After a hot sweaty job I dropped in for a Pineapple refresher, and enjoyed it while relaxing in the nice cool seating area at the East end. A great beverage and a relaxing, cool place to enjoy it? This earns this location the 'Slippery Pete Seal of Approval"
This is a very largest Starbucks. It has a second floor. One of the customers visiting this store when I was there commented to me that it is the largest Starbucks in terms of physical size in the United States. I never verified that information, nor would I.the service is slow each time I visit. It seems to me that the drive through gets the attention and priority from the workers. It is not a bad place to have a cup of coffee. I found the bathrooms were not cleaned each time I have visited there.
This Starbucks location is the best! Everyone is so kind. Everything is so efficient. I’ve been going here for about two years now and have had no bad experiences. Plus, I love how they support Pima Animal Care Center by allowing the patrons to donate pet items the shelter desperately needs
I usually don't go to bucks, but I went and came across a drink which is like a cold coffee slushy with chocolate chips in it. I have never had a cold coffee before but this changed my mind, good for you Starbucks.
Have gone to this location a few times, it hasn’t been to bad.except this morning on 8/19 at 6: 30am my husband and I both got coffee, I a frapp and him a macchiato. And both were disgusting. The coffee or beans must have been burnt because that’s how it tasted! We were on our way to work and couldn’t go back! I wonder how many people left with burnt coffee today!
It's a 30 minute to an hour wait for a single coffee at this location. It would be much faster to go to the Starbucks inside The Fry's grocery store just across the way.
I like this Starbucks pretty well, although it gets full of high school kids in the afternoons, which is OK, it just makes seating hard to find at times. But the employees are all very nice and they always work hard to make your experience a pleasant one.
They get three stars because they are Starbucks after all. Every since this place opened the customer service is awful. It's 2: 30 pm and the tables are all dirty. There are at least 10 - 12 employees standing around. I hope with Howard coming back as CEO Starbucks can go back to being the great company they once were.
For some reason, they have closed their dining room and removed many tables from the outdoor area. I used to stop by for a 6 buck cup of Joe on a bike ride but I will be going to Panera Bread across the street from now on. They've lost me as a customer forever.
This has to be the best run Starbucks ever. Dark roast past noon. They must actually be focused on their customers. They are!
We all know that Starbucks doesn't have the very best coffee BUT it is above average and the quality is consistent throughout their franchise. HOWEVER, what really sets Starbucks apart from the competition, is the quality of their partners! It seems like no matter where I travel, I feel like I am at my hometown store.
