Starbucks, Chandler AZ

I love Starbucks and Heidi was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and was so very sweet, kind and nice! She made my day! The service was amazing! We need more people like her in the world!

Always remembers us and our drinks. Fast and efficient. Use the app to order ahead, and by the time we arrive, our drinks are perfect and ready to go.

I'm usually okay when it comes to waiting for my drink. It was my first time visiting this location. At first glance there is no drive through. The place was not busy today. There were 3 people ahead of me which got their drinks in a quick and timely manner. When it comes to only me left, it took more than 20 minutes for me to get my drink. This is considering the fact that it's not busy and the employees were joking around with each other. This was not okay.

Very odd behavior from this location. 46th and Chandler blvd. Lobby and online ordering closes abruptly. Closed Saturdays at 11- randomly. Will have signs saying no orders yet the lobby and outside seating are filled. This has happened multiple times with no explanations.

Nice clean location. Not nearly as busy as my normal one that I go to, therefore, drinks come out WAY faster:)

This is usually my favorite location to come to. The drinks are always good, but lately they haven't been. The strawberries have been brown and causing my pink drink to be a brownish pink. I won't be returning to this location anymore. Not sure how they think is acceptable to sell.

Ordered a Venti dark roast with a little cream this morning. After 12 minutes wait and watching others come in after me and order their drinks and get severed, I just got a sorry statement from the staff making the drinks, and no coffee. I finally just asked for my money back and went over to Starbucks at 4605 E Chandler Blvd and got my Venti dark roast with a little cream in less time then I spent waiting at at 885 N 54th St, Chandler. Based on today’s experience in my opinion, I would not recommend 885 N 54th St, Chandler location!

I go here every day before my shift and the workers here are SO nice and amazing. They put up with me asking for weird things and using my stars to pay and everything. They even know me by name and greet me every day. Highly recommend going here!

I love this location. The service is great. It’s always easy in and out. The staff is friendly and welcoming. What can I say. I’m a Starbucks fan!

Been coming to this location every day before work and at lunch for 2 years. After my experience today and yesterday I will now go out of my way to go a different location.

Starbucks stores in general should have everything that they sale on the menu. Lately I been experiencing missing items in multiple locations. Obviously it's management.

I have been to this location a bunch of times. The staff are always quick, polite, and professional and I really appreciate that. This is a really good Starbucks for this reason alone, but the location is really convenient as well.

All time go to place, except this Covid times.
However it serves awesome coffee/ decaf as well. Seasonal blends are awesome!

I travel all over the western US for work and this location provided the absolute worst customer service of any Starbucks ever. After ordering a grande pike the cashier stood there on her phone and wouldn’t pour my coffee because the barista was going to do it (after she was done making the 8 other drinks she was doing) So 5 minutes later I had to ask for a refund and leave

I'm really fussy about my Pumpkin Chi Latte and most Starbucks won't make it extra hot.

This location made IT PERFECT.

Worst starbucks i’ve ever seen the little child at the register couldn’t understand english, probably because his co worker was screaming while talking to customers.refused to give me a coffee cake when the following person ordered one just fine.

Choose a different local Starbucks for better service! Isabella the barista was extremely rude. She spoke over the other person while I was trying to place my order. And even though I waited outside with a mask on, she insisted on bringing my drink out instead of setting on the counter with the other drinks. Then she got upset with me for taking the drink from her when she handed it to me. Total KAREN treating customers like lepers! If she's that scared, she should stay home.

Honey in this Arizona heat I still had to have my morning. The ladies were pleasant and friendly. Worth the visit!
