Starbucks, Mesa AZ

My family and I went to this Starbucks for a bit of breakfast and a diaper change for the baby. I ventured to the back of the interior towards the restrooms area. There were two restrooms for usage, and both of the restrooms were also family restrooms. None of the family restrooms had a changing table for customers to use in order to change their baby's diaper in a private area. The one sandwich item we came for was not available, so we got a different kind of sandwich. It was requested that it not be toasted, but the Starbucks guy toasted it anyway due to forgetting. He did, however, give us both the toasted and non-toasted sandwiches. That was nice of him. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

I come to this Starbucks a couple times a week, every week. Typically everything is great, but today when I ordered my coffee there was so much ice and such little coffee! It was almost 7$ for a cup of ice! As the prices are getting higher, the coffee is getting less! Very disappointing!

Really friendly person at the window. Miscommunication took over because of language barrier and ended up not getting what we wanted.
Ordered 4 mocha expressos and they gave me 1 cup with 4 shots of expresso. When I tried to explain that I wanted 4 separate drinks- I must have used the wrong word and they brought me 4 extra mocha Frappuccinos. I ignored it and just said thank you. But the person who brought them out to me said “ just make sure to order at the speaker or come inside so we’re not ordering at the window anymore” which I understand because they’re busy.but it was a miscommunication.my husband is Chaldean and I usually do the ordering.just trying to do something nice for my employees because we have a huge day ahead of us. Left embarrassed and without the correct order.

Paid $6 for a cold breakfast sandwich. The employees are nice but it is just too expensive for the product you get

Starbucks is life. I ordered two grilled cheese sandywandys and a trenta black iced coffee with no impurities. The professionals here are always so sweet and I just love coming here so much.

Great location. Always upbeat and friendly. Drive Thru is always busy. I like to order on the app and go inside (much quicker) they all say hello and makes you feel great. Drink is always ready and taste great. I highly recommend this location.
Today I had the Chai Tea Latte without ice (wow this tastes amazing) not watered down and I actually taste the chai. Next visit will be the pumpkin spice latte! Hurry in and get this it won’t last long…. Love the holidays

Had Lori helping me at the drive thru, I couldn't remember my drink and she was very polite, and helpful. Absolutely loved her customer service?

Starbucks was awesome Customer Service. The lady in drive-thru so very nice with a smile. Val Vista Starbucks your the Best.

Rude AF! I asked the cashier if they had the sandwich I wanted (otherwise if they didn’t I would’ve skipped the food and just gotten a drink), cashier said yes. When I pulled up to the window, I paid & someone else came over saying they didn’t have it. I didn’t want anything else but since I already paid I had to choose something. They asked me to pull up (did not tell me go around the corner). One of the girls came out and rudely told me that next time I need to pull around because I caused them a huge line and she had to walk thru the bushes. I’m sorry I caused a huge line because y’all didn’t have the sandwich I wanted after you told me you did. I just wanted a refund and not another sandwich. I wasn’t even rude when they told me they didn’t have it, I just politely picked a different one. Her tone and deliverance was just so rude & not needed for Starbucks mistake. I never leave reviews unless they’re positive but this was just so dumb and unwarranted.

Secrets of Starbucks:
- free coffee fertilizer: ask for grounds for your garden and they’ll give you free coffee grounds.
- upsize your drink. Ask for a medium drink in a large cup. They’ll usually give you slightly more product for less money.
- Build your own latte. Order shots of espresso and then add your own milk at home, or ask for a side of milk. Save a ton of money.
- Unlimited, triple filtered water. Starbucks will always give you an extra large water if you ask for it, and you can order as many as you want. Get the trenta size.
- great, quick breakfast items: egg bites, bagels, green smoothie (premade), breakfast parfait
- The chicken caprese panini is surprisingly good.
- Ask for a surprise me drink or the barista’s favorite. They usually have great recommendations.
- If you didn’t like your drink, you can ALWAYS get a free replacement. Starbucks prioritizes customer service.
- Be friendly with the baristas and a regular customer and sometimes they’ll give you free stuff.
- Work here and go to college for free AND get adoption / artificial insemination fees covered
- if it’s hot out, ask for the outdoor misters to be turned on.

Fast great service them the bathrooms were great and the music was low which indicates I'd be happy working here remotely

Always accurate and most importantly almost always available to order using the app to save time. All other Starbucks should be this well ran!

Was there at 9am. I ordered 3 coffees. Stood in the front area looking at everything in cups for sale and blah blah blah. Stayed up front waiting for them to call my name. I'm seeing people walking in and leaving and I'm still standing there! I see a small tray with cups in it, and ask "is that for me? I've been here over 30 min". We called your name". I said "no you didn't! " I've been here up front the whole time, you never called my name. (I would have called it again thinking someone didn't hear their name being called). I wasn't having conversation with anyone, I was there just to pick up our drinks. Guess I better try to fit in better next time. No, wait, there will NOT be a next time! Thx.

This location has a wonderful older lady taking orders. She made me feel great and i love the praline chestnut durin Christmas

I L-O-V-E STARBUCKS, but they have not had Hazelnut syrup since springtime! Go shopping at Winco and buy some! I have tried alternati ves, but I really, REALLY want my venti hazelnut latte back! I may have to buy my latte elsewhere.

Wasn't paying attention to time pulled up needing a caffeine fix at almost closing time and they still helped me. 2 thumbs up for sure
