Amazing! Hands down the best rendition of the peppermint mocha I’ve had ever, many thanks to the baristas of the Noble Library Starbucks! Plus the banana bread is 10/10, would recommend

The staff is slow, aloof, and nonchalant about time. It’s just Starbucks. The general scheme is to add powder or syrup to some type of liquid, maybe add ice and shake or blend, and pour it into a cup. It’s not rocket science. If you have somewhere to be, think twice about going or plan 25-30 mins in advance.

I have to say something about this place after frequently getting coffee from this spot in more than 2 years.
1. The only thing good about this place is the location and I believe this is one of the reasons for the long line.
2. The employees here REALLY need to be well trained. Most are student employees, I think, but you get the payment you work professionally. Not professional work attitudes include work slowly (this is another reason for the long line), not sure about what to do for some orders (not familiar with the ordering system), and mess up with drinks (Agree with the previous comment: drink to make sure that's what you ordered)! I have encountered all these personally, and not for only one time.
3. Not participate any activities that Starbuck offers. No happy hour discount, no redeem stars.question here is, why to be a Starbuck shop anyhow?

Convenient that it's in the library. Inconvenient that it's a Starbucks

The coffee is good. The staff sometimes can be unprofessional. One of the baristas insulted a customer by loudly telling another staff member about how a customer had ordered an "absolutely disgusting" drink that she "couldn't believe anyone would drink. " I've also heard the staff use vulgar language in conversations amongst themselves while at this location. Seems like they are not aware of how their behavior impacts the atmosphere of the business.
