Starbucks, Tempe AZ

My go to for ice chai during a very stressful week of labs. Thank you to all of the wonderful baristas for giving me a yummy refresher everyday, sometimes twice a day… Yes, it was that kinda week. Lol!

Nice store located around all the cool Tempe downtown stuff The service have always been great, morning noon and night. Good for a stop while exploring the area on foot or scooter

I'm convinced this is the best Starbucks in existence. Everything is worthy of 5 stars. The staff are nice and do their job well, the seating is great in and outdoor (despite the heat), and the location is pretty great for college students.

So nice here! I am always greeted with smiles and small talk. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area for sure!

Been going to this starbucks very frequently for two years now since it opened. Only great experiences. Great service, clean and welcoming environment. Great place to chill and get some work done.

Forcing costumers to wear masks at all times is just not right.if there is an enough distance between all costumers they shouldn’t be forced to wear a mask!
I believe that the virus is still here and believe me when i say i care about other people more than i do for myself.but right now I have more than 6 feet distance between me and the other costumers and i was still forced to wear the mask
Starbucks need to update their policy and do as all other restaurants, coffeehouses and let us breathe freely once we sit down in our personal table
Other then that the faculty members are awesome and the coffee here tastes better then anywhere else

I never get tired of any Starbucks! This one is huge and welcoming. Lots of seating options and delicious coffee of course.

Coming from a girl who owns a restaurant. The red head un professional girl was super rude to me and my friends. We had wanted to scan our Starbucks rewards and she wouldn’t let us. We explained to her what it was and she still wouldn’t let me scan it. If you work at Starbucks maybe get educated on the rewards system. Our drinks were also nasty.

Been going here since it opened and never had a bad experience even when they have so many customers (mainly college students). Service is quick! Staff is very nice and given my dog a puppuccino (a small cup of coffee whip cream). Don’t be surprised if you can’t find seating inside, there’s a lot of college students since ASU is literally the street over, and right in front of the Starbucks.

• bathroom
• clean
• great staff
• served in a timely manner
• pet friendly (leave your untrained dogs at home, and at least carry them inside if you’re able to or leave them outside real quick, but if you can’t at least try to minimize where the dog walks)
• online orders are always right and on time.
• overall a very big coffee shop with a laid back environment

Absolutely love the vibe here, the wide space, contemporary structures, awesome baristas and overall aesthetic contribute to my decision to call this the best starbucks here in 'zona.also, they have chemexes! Thats always a good thing haha

Went here with an open mind and it met my expectations. Baristas were nice and overly nice. Not in a bad way. The one tried to start a conversation, I was shocked, this never happens. Like how was your day and they respond to conversation questions instead of the same old answer of "it's good".
The space itself is huge & wide open, no foul odors, just coffee. Register area is connected to seating area (wrap around bar type). Plenty of stool seating. Booths looked more inviting but they were all full. There is outside seating too. Order came together not sandwich first then drink or vice versa. Stayed awhile to enjoy meal & a tv show and experience this place. Great experience overall.

The drinks are well-made and the service quality is excellent. The hot chocolate is to die for. It's bathrooms are clean and the tables are well-maintained. But, a better array of options on the cookies and solid-foods would be good.

Matt saved the day for me! On Saturdays I like to sit outside of Starbucks and use their Wifi for homework and FaceTiming my family. As I was FaceTiming my sister, a homeless gentleman approached me and began to talk with me. I was a little uncomfortable but thought I would be okay. A girl inside took notice and tapped on the window to make sure I was okay and then 30 seconds later, one of the baristas came out of the store and asked the gentleman if he wanted some water, saving me from an uncomfortable encounter. After the gentleman left, the barista came out and offered me a drink on the house! I really appreciated how he anticipated my needs and made sure I felt safe in the store environment. Every time I order a drink from this Starbucks, I receive amazing service from the employees and they are always cheerful. Matt went above and beyond for me today and made me feel safe. Please give him a raise, he does well for your company!

A very good place to have coffee and doing your work. But the problem is that there are 2 waiters who don't like internationals and you have to repeat your order several times.
