Starbucks, Tucson AZ

I had stopped going to this Starbucks because they always got my order wrong. I decided to give them another chance and I was pleasantly surprised. My order was just right.

For some reason this location always repeats my order back while im still talking (never order anything complex). This leads to repeating my order 2-4 times because irs always wrong the first time. Its just annoying, and no other location i go to does this.

We asked to go to the bathroom 2 times, and the Asian lady that works in the front ignored us, and instead of giving us the key to the bathroom she didn’t want to help us. She said “I’ll help you, give me a moment” and we waited 10 minutes, then more customers arrived and she was too busy to assist us to open the bathroom. Asian lady was very rude to us too, i’m very heartbroken we weren’t given bathroom access and had to go somewhere where to go to the bathroom.

Horrible service I went at 7pm no one was in line. After we ordered our drinks My boyfriend and I waited at the window for 10mins while a dude was sweeping the floor and no one was making drinks at all never came to take our payment after ordering. I will never go back to thus location due to rude staff, after 10minutes we drove off

Serena was so sweet and accommodating. Best customer service at a Starbucks so far. She was very nice and patient and understanding. My card declined and I was taking longer than normal to transfer money and she was so sweet about it.
