Starbucks, Chandler AZ

They didn’t listen closely enough to my husband, used my stars without asking, and then proceeded to lie about what my husband said when explaining what happened to the manager on duty.

I think it's really bad customer service when a person is standing at the register and the Mgr and 3 employees can't take a sec to say anything to you. The headphone have created a total disconnect and respect to your customers. Unless an employee is told to help a customer no one takes initiative! I don't understand this culture.

The worst Starbucks I seen. They do their online orders before the lobby orders. I waited for 15 minutes for my order. The lady did 6-7 orders and all were online orders. And customers weren’t even there. Then she started doing orders in the lobby. Not fair. We are in a rush too.
That’s not fair for people who come in to enjoy a cup of coffee where we wait forever. Starbucks want everyone to do online orders through their app. I DON’T like that. I won’t come back. Support a local coffee shop. Thank you

I come to this location almost everyday and I never have a problem with anything. But I came today before work, and the barista (Josie) taking orders for drive thru was incredibly rude. She was rushing me to take me orders, and sounded like she was getting annoyed. I had mentioned in the beginning that I have a few drinks to order.by the time i got the window, i paid and she didn’t give me my change back. I had to ask for it back.i very rarely write bad reviews but today it was just disappointing because she made me feel like i was an inconvenience for her

Consistently good. It's Starbucks so not great coffee but always consistent, clean store and friendly service.

Staff is super friendly and always give the dogs a pup cup!
Drive thru is quick even when busy.

Called 5 different Starbucks to see if they could take a $100 bill and this one answered and said they could. I pulled up ordered and they couldn't take my money. From the reviews so far I may have gotten lucky but was still annoyed not to get my coffee and sandwich.

Clean and nice atmosphere. My phone was dead and I needed it for a semi emergency. They were kind enough to grab one from the back and let me use it so I could make a phone call. Thanks guys.

The customer service is good, but my 7 dollar latte was bitter for some reason. They are a hit and miss. I only keep going because it close to my child's daycare and I be on my way to work. I'm done. Only if people knew the" best part of waking up" lol you get it

This is a great location. Their fast and friendly service is appreciated when you are on your way to work.
The store is large, clean, and well appointed.
The baristas are congenial and engaging.
The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso was perfect and delicious.
I will make this a regular stop as it is head and shoulders above other locations.

Pumpkin season - Cold brew with pumpkin is amazing.
Great service. They are knowledgeable of the products and patient. The new tables are little high, but some are still regular.

I love hanging out in this Starbucks and just getting work done! Such a chill atmosphere with wonderful baristas. 10/10 recommend!

Sbux barista via drive through asked if I needed napkins. He knows what it is like not only to be a barista but client of Sbuxs as well. Awesome friendly service as well!

Starbucks had wonderful baristas. I went through drive-thru at 4: 00 and both the baristas were full of energy and we're very entertaining. Made my day. This Starbucks also had pretty good drinks but of course as expected from Starbucks, some of them can be a little overpriced.

Bought a drink (pink drink) asked for light ice
got an entire cup of ice! Happens more often than not

Went back because my drink was too sweet and mostly almond milk. They did remake it, but no apology. The kid sounded like he needed better training. It may be no supervisor there at this time to ensure high standards. Come on “Store Manager”, step it up! Also, I watched the cashier assist in making my drink with no gloves. Then gives me my drink in a mug to avoid contact. You need to protect both the guest and your staff not just the staff!

I have frequented studying or working at a Starbucks for probably 15 years. My best friend was also a manager of a Starbucks, so I have rather high standards of the drinks, service, etc. The drive-thru has plenty of space and the seating area is one of my faves. There are at least 14 spots to sit with outlets or more and their outdoor seating area is one of the largest I ever remember seeing at a Starbucks. There is plenty of shade outdoors as well with 1 outlet, that I've seen.

Overall, my drinks and food have been good here.

Fast service. I wasn't expecting to get through.the longline that quick. Nice surprise.
