Starbucks, Tucson AZ

This is my favorite location. Always friendly. Sadly the company allows them to run out of a lot of things.

I’ve been to several Starbucks in Tucson, in and out of grocery stores. Mostly shopping for my wife recently; this Starbucks has had the BEST employees I’ve ever encountered. Super friendly, super helpful, and super clean store. I wish every store would be like them. I appreciate all their efforts during the holidays.

Morgan is the best, whenever I stop in before work he’s always kind! This is a great location

As you would expect from a Starbucks location. The bathrooms are locked, which is interesting for the area that the Starbucks is in, but the staff will let you in after ordering if you ask. There is also not a lot of room to study or get work done inside of the location as it is rather small and not necessarily the best put together. Could be improved by adding more tables and addressing the bathroom locking.

Great batista that are always friendly and take the time to assist you. I go out my way to go to this location.

Always great friendly customer service. One of the ladies that works there was so sweet to my family and she definitely made my day last week. She was so nice to my kiddos and even gave them paper and markers to color.

Staff is always so friendly! Love the way they made my drink do good even though it's a "complicated" order is what I call it. I'm very picky, but they never fail at making it so delicious

I don't go to Starbucks, never liked the atmosphere or the fake people. But I love this place. I take my son here and I always receive great service. The manager is awesome, he does a lot of work and remembers me even though I don't come in all the time. I once forgot to bring my son a drink and they gave me a milk for free. It's the small things that make all the difference. My son absolutely loves the egg bites. Thank you guys

Best Starbucks in Tucson! Everyone is super friendly and I can’t wait to visit this place when I come back! Try the Apple Crisp Chai w apple drizzle!

Came here a couple times while we were in Tucson and the drinks were always good and employees were always very friendly.

Cant go wrong with starbucks. Staff is friendly at every location Ive been. They always gladly accommodate your order if you customize it at all. Wish they'd have a larger amount of their sandwiches each day, they always sell out but probably better than having a waste each day so I do get it.

Ordered tall almond milk honey latta, got a Grande. Ask for my order barista said I got a free up grade. I wanted my original order then she told me I was charged for a Grande
and would have to get a refund.
By this time trust was gone and my experience there was ruined.
Never experienced that kind of customer service at Starbucks befor.

Horrible parking. Nice typical chain. Friendly service. Good air-conditioning and fast service.

I used Mobile ordering and my coffee and food was ready quickly and nice and hot. Barista was friendly as well.

I had an error with my order and just found out when I got home. Mistakes happen at 7 AM. Will call the manager to see if I can get my drink replaced.
