15The staff is friendly. They all like my husky dog and give him a big pup cup. Of course, I get a mocha and banana loaf. Everything is delicious.
Starbucks adds too much ice in their cold drinks. I wonder if I would’ve been charged more if I had asked them to NOT add any ice. Greedy company. Won’t be purchasing anything from this company ever again and if I do it’ll be a long time from now.
It's not my favorite coffee shop, but this place is more about caffeine flavored drinks that most people enjoy.
I have ordered Starbucks the past 2 days and I’ve asked for specific things for my drink. The worker did not follow my order. I asked for a iced coffee no classic with white mocha, sweet cream, sweet cream cold foam, and extra caramel drizzle. They ended up putting milk instead of the sweet cream. The second time I got Starbucks, I ordered a different drink (one I order a lot) and the taste of it is really strong and bitter, which does not taste like how I’ve gotten it before. I even tried stirring it and it didn’t help at all. These 2 drinks I’ve gotten, I was not able to drink it due to the fact how it had a different taste and it’s the same orders I order each time.
Been to this location numerous times, drinks are always good, staff is friendly and appears to be clean. My only complaint is the parking lot, very small and gets congested quickly especially if there’s a line at the drive-thru.
Maybe 2 or 3 of the employees I still respect but they rest all need to take a class on common customer experience. It's really not that hard
This location is always busy. Which isn’t the problem. Today one of the long time employees decided to have a long conversation with some guests while there is a long line everywhere. (The drive thru, inside, and online people waiting for drinks) I waited and waited and waited. I finally asked if they were finished because I’m thinking they can keep talking after my drink order is at least in. This employee got so rude with me. I’m busy I got to go. Then after I tip she rudely says “ thanks for being patient. ” As I stand here I have got several nasty looks all from her. I hope she will be okay. She got upset over a customer asking to be helped.
And now she just screamed at me HAVE A NICE DAY! Haha this is basic customer service. To do your job.
We have only lived here for about 4 months. I’ve been through the driveway here, but never inside. I came in today around 11: 00 am approximately. It was very busy and I was okay with that. I was not in a hurry. I was just saddened by the way the employees treated the customers except for the one man who helped me at the register. He was so kind! I spent over $50.00 today there buying
a couple gifts and my drink. I love Starbucks and have always known them to have great customer service, but this one did not. At least not today! I hate when people are treated so poorly!
Cranky employees with an attitude serve me a cold cup of coffee because they didn't like my question.
I ordered ahead of time and went through the drive through.there was a car ahead of me that I am guessing knew the girl working window because they talked for a long time. I didn’t mind much since she is only talking, but it did take a while to get my drinks. When we go to the window all my drinks’ ice was almost fully melted and my frapp was separated since it was sitting for so long. I just wish there was more courtesy to my time.
Always friendly and timely with excellent beverages. Love the special touch with the truck out front decorated for the holidays!
My family came down to Arizona from Texas for a Christmas visit and we all had great service, great drinks and a clean & friendly store!

Always busy but the staff is NEVER pushy or less than accommodating. I like stopping in before work. Going inside gets you faster service.
This place knows how to tear it up! They were really nice to me and my small daughter who needed a couple of straws and asked for them at the counter. They were so helpful. I think the one thing that makes expensive Starbucks coffee worth it is the service. If there was crummy service, I wouldn't come here to buy the coffee because it's just overpriced. Because of their amazing service, I keep coming back.
