Starbucks, Tucson AZ

Wonderful service, very nice employees. Went into get a vanilla bean with Carmel in it:) about 17: 30 on February 12th 2023

In the morning the drive thru is always extremely long so I tend to go inside. The service is always friendly and super fast. I enjoy visiting this location

I waited at intercom to place order. Nobody was there after asking out. Went to window asked for order and they got it wrong. What is wrong with people! Asked for sugar free vanilla and got nothing but heavy cream. Never going to starbucks again!

Nice, open Starbucks and the drive through line doesn’t make it impossible to park or get in and out of unlike the other nearby Starbuckses.

Oh my god, I love this store! The employees were smiling and made me feel welcome! They are very reasonable when i got my drink and i forgot to say it was hot. They are just great people! Would recommend coming here if you want your day made, THEY GOT YOU!

There was no food in the display case at 2pm in the afternoon, I had stopped to get a treat for my son. The bathrooms were closed and blocked off, so there was no way to wash our hands before we had a treat, if there had been any. I had forgotten our masks and was not asked but told I needed to have a mask on to be in the store. I have no problem wearing a mask, I don't wantswant to COVID, but asking me to wear and mask and then blocking access to wash my hands? Plus I have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and need access to a bathroom, right now particularly. So I get to hold my bowel movement uncomfortably. All in all rude customer service, bad hygiene practices, and no product for my son. I frequent another Starbucks, I will never frequent this Starbucks again! I hope Starbucks corporate sees this.

So normally I would have given this store a great rating they always move through the drive through line very quickly no contact transaction everything is usually great but today I found a very suspicious looking hair in my sandwhich so needless to say I will be getting my breakfast sandwhich and coffee elsewhere from now on

One of my favorite Starbucks. Staff is friendly.
Has drive thru and considering it's at the corner of Tanque Verde and Kolb/Grant its pretty easy to get in and out.

This is a beautiful, larger new Starbucks. The counter is wonderfully long and the staff is very friendly. As usual the drinks are made to order and delicious. The team earns 5 stars. The building acoustics are 2 stars as this location is loud with nothing to mediate the noise with only a handful of clients in the store.

Love coming here in the evenings. Great place to do homework.

I love this Starbucks. Every person there is helpful and has cheerful personalities. I've never had a bad drink. The outside looks small but it's bigger on the inside (for those Dr Who fans). The chairs are comfortable and outlets are easily accessible if you plan on working with your laptop.

Made my night 100 times better. I forgot my debit card and instead of denying me my caffeine fix, the barista hooked me up with my iced coffee on the house. Best experience at a starbucks, ever. Hands down. Thanks!
