9Worst customer service ever! The starbucks ladies love to make sure they finish their conversations before even looking at customers and when they do decide to take orders its with such rude attitudes!
I ordered a Vente Americano with Carmel drizzle (clearly stated). She made it with the artificial pump Carmel flavor. IM ALLERGIC TO THAT. I ASK THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEN THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THEIR MISTAKE THAT CASHIER CLEARLY STATED IT WAS HER MISTAKE. AS A COURTESY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE NEXT DRINK.
So we are passing through Arizona and I wanted a specific drink my fiancé walks in orders for me and they tell him “wow no one orders these! Tell her we made it with love ” and I’ve never felt so special thank you to the employees it taste amazing ️
I love the convenience of having a Starbucks inside my local grocery store! The baristas are always nice and make the best drinks! I can see they are smiling even if they're wearing masks.
Very nice and helpful staff. Great selection of to-go coffee, mugs and tumblers too. I’ve had so many issues at the Starbucks drive thru on the corner outside of the Fry’s, where they’ve messed up even simple drink orders and taste revolting, that now I always only go to this location that is inside the Fry’s
Susie is so nice and when u work in the morning u have to be in the mood to work and she was to nice and calming and she was just amazing over all - Emilio
USED TO BE the best. I'm not sure if they're under new management, but they're TERRIBLE now. They constantly TELL me what my order is and today was the last straw. They not only gave me a drink I DIDN'T ask for. They CHARGED ME MORE and said "well it's the same thing. " CLEARLY NOT! I've ordered the same thing for over a year. Then they gave me what THEY felt I wanted so I got to work and had to throw it out. I miss the ORIGINAL crew. They were awesome! I've been a customer since they opened. Now I go out of my way to a better experience.

Solía ser el mejor. No estoy seguro de si están bajo una nueva administración, pero ahora son TERRIBLES. Constantemente me dicen cuál es mi pedido y hoy ha sido el colmo. No solo me trajeron una bebida que NO pedí. ME COBRARON MAS y dijeron "bueno es lo mismo". ¡CLARAMENTE NO! He pedido lo mismo por un año más. Luego me dieron lo que ELLOS sentían que quería, así que me puse manos a la obra y tuve que tirarlo. Extraño al equipo ORIGINAL. Fueron increíbles. Soy cliente desde que abrieron. Ahora hago todo lo posible para tener una mejor experiencia.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. The Manager, Susie, was extremely rude and condescending when told there was a slight mistake. Instead of simply fixing the mistake she proceeded to tell me there was no mistake and next time I should speak up. After an unnecessarily long and unpleasant exchange she still continued to gesture in my face what I "should have done or said"when ordering. She then spoke to me like I was a child. It was embarrassing and my family and I will no longer be ordering from there again. I believe she also influenced her much younger employee to be just as rude. As she gave us our drinks she said "I hope that's enough for you. " Which seemed very sarcastic
