Stopped to get a tea to go. The cashier was very nice and made the wait time a little more pleasant as they were busy that time of day.

This was the weakest Dark Roast I ever had in a Starbucks. The services was very kind and gave me an extra shot to make it stronger. SO, THANK YOU

I come here alot. And this was my coffee this morning. I paid for a venti and got half a venti. ‍️ I know I should have checked before I left but i didn't. Smh.

I came roughly 2: 50 pm today. I was deciding on what to order. I came to the cashier and order two items (mocha cookie frap and chocolate croissan). The order that I received were great. But, I noticed that the drink came in a flat lid instead of the rounded lid. Including the drink had less than usual. The tall lady that has white hair gave me a blank look and wasn't very pleased with her attitude nor I wasn't greeted at the front door. Everything else was fine. This is what I call very unacceptable. I will not come to this starbucks if this will happen again

Staff was so quiet, seemed like everyone was mad. No one willing to go above & beyond.there’s no way to order an iced water in the app which is cool but I Couldn’t even ask for a water in person to go with my mobile order, the girl just looked at me with a blank stare and continued to do her thing. So I went to the cashier to see if she could grab me a couple of iced waters since she wasn’t busy…. She then proceeded to enter my “order” of 2 waters and I had to wait AGAIN for waters. I waited an extra 10 minutes and I just left without them.

Only getting two stars because the employee who gave me a blank stare had beautiful eyes. LOL.

Had an absolutely amazing frap from your store. Your barista Miss Bianca is the kindest most sweetest young lady. She is our favorite always try and make it on her shift.

This location never has the ingredients for many drinks. Often doesn’t make the drinks well either. I’d rather go inside the Safeway Starbucks in the same lot than this drive thru

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I usually pick up deliveries from this location (really love it) and there’s another location I really love, in Tempe that I forgot the location but anyway… I always try to remember to do a review but I get caught up in deliveries that I don’t because I forget to and don’t remember names, locations (bummed) and such and such… but I happened to drive by from taking a break from my last delivery…

ANDY AND ASHLEY (sp? But she’s the beauty of a red head) were sweet. Ashley was the one to take my order through drive thru and she was lively, helpful and super sweet (for it even being 430a) I had been away from Starbucks for awhile but when they come out with new flavors, I always try them and they NEVER disappoint, especially during the holidays. But she was extremely helpful when ordering the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew I’ve had it twice already but I LOVE coffee with my sweetener (lol) so she helped me try a bit more cream and 3 more pumps of vanilla— PERFECTTTION!

When I pulled up to the window, I was going to tell her how she sounded so… energetic, AWAKE, friendly… but she advised me of there card machine being down and asked if I had the Starbucks app, or another form of payment— such as cash payment? And I unfortunately didn’t but, fortunately at the same time, because she had said, it was okay, it was on them this time for the inconvenience.

And Andy’s cute self (respectfully) was sweet enough to say it was okay and had about a 5 or so minute conversation with me about the app and anything store related.

They were both AWESOME though. It’s hardly that you see this type of customer service/interaction anymore. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Seriously made my morning/day! Now time to get the kiddos up and ready for school

I didn't catch their name but this worker was wearing a handband with golden hoop like earrings with freckles, it was a happy calm area at the time and this particular worker was very talkative and energetic I loved it. I was getting a matcha tea as usual and I asked her what would be good to add in matcha she suggested strawberry and I said why not, best drink ever, thank you whatever your name is because you deserve a raise for such customer care

Be prepared to for the drive thru to take FOREVER. This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, but I now go to a different location further away because I couldn't justify taking 30 minutes to go through a drive thru every morning.

I come to this Starbucks almost weekly. I ran into an amazing individual here and I’d love to shout them out for their amazing service, attitude and overall positivity. Piay is absolutely amazing and deserves nothing but the best! Thank you so much for starting my day off right! You make a bigger impact than you will ever know! (Also Piay and their team makes an amazing pistachio frap?)

Didn’t believe me when I asked them to remake a drink from another store, asked to see the old one, asked what was specifically wrong with it, asked which store has made it… I even purchased something from their store when I came to get my drink remade and they were still suspicious! Not very customer oriented OR professional: (

I ordered a trenta cold brew and basically they gave me a venti cause of the portion that is missing really disappointed
