Starbucks, Mesa AZ

The only problem is: my boyfriend and I are at Starbucks alot and haven't received a customer of the month yet!

They don't close for 20 minutes but they're too lazy to do their job. They told me "sorry we're closed for the night" Computers were still on there were 4 people I saw still on duty.

I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years drive thru mainly and today I got the first experience of bad service for the past few weeks I have asked for the Cinnamon Caramel nitro cold brew daily and I get it exactly how it looks on picture as well and taste to how I order it which is grande with 2 extra pumps of syrup light ice and extra foam today I got what looks like a cup of milk and taste like chocolate powder no foam and I asked John what is this? He said it is what I ordered and I said NO it isn’t he asked to have it remade but looks like he gave me the same cup back. Being there was a long line I didn’t want to hold up any further but very unhappy with this morning’s service.

Every time I order a mango dragon fruit refresher I order light ice and extra fruit, but they don’t give me extra fruit and instead give me more ice. It’s flavorless as well and the color of the drink is very light.

People were so polite on a ruff day. Will go back everytime I need a pick me up of both kinds!?

Waited over 45 minutes total for my mobile order. This has occurred multiple times and this time it made me late for work today

Won't come back here wait was atrocious for two drinks. Terrible communication. Unfriendly staff. Apparently we don't understand to go for door dash takes priority. If you run door dash AVAOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Seriously don't see them being kept on as a partnership long.

Service is beyond slow if you go inside. Not even that busy but it's been nearly 15 min waiting on two drinks that they still haven't even started. Don't be on Doordash if you aren't going to make the orders. As delivery drivers we don't get paid to stand here waiting on you to decide you want to make the order. Ridiculous.

I have been to this location a few times recently. It’s mostly been the same people working and they are all friendly and make our drinks quickly. I love my chai tea latte and scones! I will definitely be back here again soon.

Slowest service ever. I've been waiting 30 minutes for two drinks, still nothing. Avoid this location.

It should NEVER take 30 mins to get a latte. I waited so long that I was late for my meeting and when I requested a refund instead of waiting longer, I was told I had to go over to the cash register and wait in line again to get my refund. By the time I was almost to the front, my drink was done so I left. I won’t be returning to this location again which is a shame because it’s on my way. I should’ve just stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts down the road.

This is my usual Starbucks, but since I've had to switch to decaf due to health reasons, there really aren't many options, so I order a decaf americano. In the month, I've received regular after ordering decaf twice, and when I bring it up to the employees, it's simply "oh, I'm sorry, we'll do better next time. "

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Have been waiting in this line for the past 15 min and I’m not even to the menu to order. This should not take this long, it’s outrageous.

I love the caramel ribbon crunch it's delicious though I wish it had a bit more "crunch" the gouda breakfast sandwhich tasted pretty good it wasnt that warm though.it gave me a small stomachache as well but it could've been other things. I ate that day ill give it the benefit of the doubt.

By far one of the worst Starbucks out in this area. Every time I go there I don’t even get a chance to order until at least 5 mins of standing in front of the counter. That’s the case with every customer I see walk in while I wait 20 mins or more to get my drink. Mean while there are honestly not that many people in the store. Really wish this store would get that act together an work as a crew to fix this issue.
