Starbucks, Phoenix AZ

Horrible the wait in line waited 20 minutes plus the coffee i got was poorly done not coming here again

I’m not a fan of this Starbucks. Both times I walked up to order something they looked right at me and did not acknowledge me in any way. There were like 7 baristas back there and not one could bother to at least acknowledge that they noticed me at the counter. 2 stars because this Starbucks location wasn’t busy!

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. They never have anything in stock and they always mess up my drink. You’re better off driving a minute down the road to the one off of bell and 32nd street.

Food is always amazing and I always get friendly service here. I love the shaken espresso here as well.

It’s been a few years since they have opened and it seems nearly anytime my wife orders, a drink that contains milk traditionally, and we request almond or soy. She receives milk and has a nasty reaction from it for several days. I figured in the beginning it was just growing pains. However, now it’s just flat out, poor training and poor attention to detail, the fact that they charge for lactose free alternatives and simply put milk in it still is quite disheartening. This rarely happens at other locations. It just seems that the management is not adequately training their staff to truly pay attention especially to dairy allergies.

Came through for the paradise drink! A barista named Paige took me back to a room where she said the drink was finished. Calling it a miserable experience would be an understatement.i never even got my drink

Idk what’s going on with the workers at this location. They are always slow to finish orders. Got stuck at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me.

Went for an evening iced cafe latte it tasted like old coffee that has been sitting all day. Another morning I went and got a ham and cheese croissant and the bag was opened both ends so when I got home the croissant fell to the floor.

This Starbucks is right by my house, so I go here 3-5 times a week. It has the friendliest staff and they always be smiling when I come by.

Went in for a last minute Birthday gift.
I got a Arizona State University mug, and a gift card.
Nice shop! Great service.

To The guy thong lee if you are a regular then you would know that there’s a shortage on a lot of stuff in this world but clearly not a shortage on Karen’s and Chads

I love every Starbucks! I'm hooked on double chocolate chip frapps! This particular site has great, friendly workers and they get you your drink fast!

I had a great customer service experience here. I was using the online app to order my drink but I happen to drive up through the drive thru. I ordered my drink anyway hoping to resolve once I got to the window.

I explained what I was going to do and they were fine with it. All they had to do was cancel the current order. Once I selected to pay for my drink the printer immediately printed my order. They placed it on my cup and handed me the drink.

It was awesome sauce because I earned 89 stars by using the app on my phone. I love technology and thank you Starbucks for your patience.

I love it when it all goes smooth. I can't get enough of the mango dragonfruit lemonade.

Nice place with terrific customer service. Nice space with plenty of room to relax both inside and out. Always good service!

This is a great Starbucks for a quick "WFH" laptop session. Strong WiFi, clean bathrooms, very friendly and well managed staff. Order has always been right, they have sandwiches in stock, plenty of seating, and some comfy chairs, as well as a good bar. I often pop in here after picking up my son from school until I get my daughter. Well above average Starbucks. One note, as of this writing, there have been recent days where the lobby is closed - but this is a COVID / supply chain thing. Their lobby is open more often than other SBux in the area.
