15We'll start with the good. I had a mobile order and somebody had taken my coffee. They remade my blond espresso quickly and it was very good. The breakfast sandwich on the other hand was a different story. Half of the bread had been sitting around for a few days too many, but they used it anyway. Hopefully you have a better experience.
I just ordered today. And the milk or whatever ingredient they used for the white chocolate mocca was expired. Sadly i only realized after we left Yuma (we ordered through drive thru).
This location is usually missing ingredients or dont have certain popular drinks available. Is almost a miracle to actually get what one wants.
I rarely stop at this location due to service and lack of ingredients. I was surprised they even gave us expired milk in our drinks.
What a waste of money
Now I don't normally shop at Starbucks but. After my experience today I believe I will be coming back here more often. I got to the window to place my order and realized "I FORGOT MY WALLET" so I ask for a water cup for my son and nothing else. We get up to the window where Ariel is waiting with our water cup. She says " So I heard you forgot your wallet how can I help you get your drinks". It was amazing and because of that I'm giving this review. Ariel you have restored my faith in Starbucks, Thank you so much!
I ordered online for store pickup, pull-up and they are closed. I spoke with their staff over the phone “Very cocky and rude” so I ended up picking up my order after waiting in the drivethru behind about 15 cars. I guess the staff was upset about my phone call and the younger lady making the drinks came over to give me dirty looks while she took a sip of her own coffee, literally making eye contact with me. Drinks were not even made right. I ordered hot and they made it iced. 2 employees had to check the label before they actually made it. I get being short staffed but rude I don’t get.
Went here today and I have to shout out the amazing customer service from Jianna! She’s a rock star- definitely went above and beyond with our order and resolving an issue we had. We’ll be back to visit next time we’re in Yuma!
Arielle had thr biggest attitude when i stated i wanted decaf. She grabbed the cup rip the lid off dumped it out and gave me a stained sticky dirty looking cup in return. Bad service
I love Starbucks everywhere. But with this one specifically, there is always something. From it to not having ingredients, getting something wrong, dine-in closed for whatever reason. It is always an issue coming to this location. Definitely not coming to this one anymore.
Great service and our drinks were delicious! Loved how one of the baristas got whipped cream all over his face but kept working to knock out the rush!
Starbucks at the curve. SLOW DOWN. Starbucks "handcrafted" drinks means they are NOT one size fits all. I have had to have my drink corrected on SIX different occasions over the past 6 weeks. On two of those occasions, I ordered on the app for ease? And convenience only to have to stay in store while the drink was crafted correctly thus creating a 20 minute wait for my drink to be remade several times. All to be responded to by the employees as if I was inconveniencing them employees without your customer's, you don't have a job. Customers want to feel appreciated, cared for and treated well. Customer's do not want to hate going into your store. ESPECIALLY if the customer spends a car payment every month to buy from your brand
Awesome service. I ordered an iced coffee and pumpkin bread while I stayed here and studied.
I was here studying for a while, and there was a nice worker who (without asking) brought me as well as the other customer at another table an iced cold water. I thought that was very, very considerate because he went out of his way to ensure we were still doing well and hydrated. Very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable about being able to study here because it is difficult for me t do my work at home because I get side tracked. Thank you!

The baristas some of them) I specifically asked for non fat milk and they dumped 2% in my drink right in front of me like I wouldn’t notice. The 2% is blue. People aren’t as dumb as you think. Starbucks is starting to become questionable no matter how nice you are. You might not get caffeine or even the proper milk you ask for for 6$ so honestly this company is starting to loose its values in customer satisfaction. Thanks to this location. Mind you I wasn’t a b and defffintly didn’t have an attitude.
Came across a very unprofessional and rude barista who seems like a teenager. Hire people who can actually do their job.
3rd time I’ve come here and every time I come and order they make the drinks out of order and always get my frappes completely melted because they do so. Today I waited from 4: 15 to 4: 50 waiting on my drinks and they forgot to make my last one when they had let me know they were making it already. On top of having to ask if they made my drink they were so rude about it and receiving it super late they made it incorrect I asked for dragonfruit lemonade and it was fine without the dragonfruit because they didn’t have it but they literally only put lemonade they completely forgot to add the flavoring I didn’t need the fruit in the drink but I did want it with the flavor. Hours of 4-5 are not good
2nd time here, I understand they get busy at times but the wait is not the issue the the problem is that the drinks are not made well or when you order Frappuccino’s they’ve been sitting there so long you end up with a cold drink instead of a blended one.
