So sad. Your sign says open 6am-7pm but you close your espresso machine down before 7pm? Machines should be shut down when you close for the day not before so can't make drinks.

Karen is the worst. She goes out of her way to be rude to my family and purposely messes up our orders. Let the store manager know but did not receive the phone call I was promised.
