Starbucks, Goodyear AZ

I wish I would get what I paid for, I pre order, not a difficult drink to make and the extra I pay to add syrup should be added. Every time I get my drink it's bitter. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Shoutout to this store for fixing my drink that the other starbucks couldn't do right. The fact that it tasted completely different speaks volumes and is very concerning. Thanks to this crew.

I had so many mishaps in this store, it's unreal. I decided to buy a thermos, and use my stars, but the barista applied them to the whole order. I was watching to make sure they washed the thermos, but I don't think they did. I asked if at least the paper wasn't still in there, and they confirmed it wasn't. I don't think we ever got around drink options, so I basically used 200 stars for a grande iced Americano with nothing in it. When I went to get a refill and mentioned the experience to another associate, nothing was mentioned as far as fixing it, but she did get my next order wrong by forgetting to add heavy cream. I decided to contact corporate about getting my stars back, but I was on hold for 40 minutes via their texting support, and finally decided to call them, and they took care of me.

EXCELLENT server - friendly, kind, sweet hearted & helpful. My extra hot latte sweetened with honey was delicious too.

I came here today 05/17/2023, by far the most understaffed Starbucks I have ever visited. The person (s) who call themselves the manager (s) of this location should be fired! I stopped by around 9pm with my wife and the line was to the bathrooms with only TWO employees working. A HUGE shoutout to the two gentlemen working tonight because even though they had a line they were both very personable and well mannered to ALL customers despite what seemed a stressful situation. Whoever is running this place needs to staff these poor workers correctly or be there themselves to help. Despite the wait time for the drinks, the drinks were delicious. Huge shoutout to the employee that made them.

The food was ok, too much cilantro in the too much noodles in the wraps and not enough meat. Overpriced. It was my first time there. I have to say was disappointed

Cashier didn’t catch the order correctly so when I picked up and told the person who made it, I had asked for no whip cream she said “sorry they didn’t mark it” and literally just scooped off the whip cream from the top. She seemed to be upset after this. I understand there’s times when it’s super busy and you’re in a rush but there was no line behind me.

Staff were exceptional! Cashier was patient with me and helpful to explain the drinks i asked about and to compair sizes.the Batista was extremely fast (ordered 4drinks) and made them exactly to my order. Atmosphere was cozy and inviting, wish I could have stayed longer.

Had to get my drink remade bc it wasnt right and tasted too bitter, got my drink back and still the exact same way, they could have just poured it into another clean cup and say it's remade bc it literally tasted the exact same. Wouldn't go back here for coffee period.
