I had just finished camping in Flagstaff and could wait to stop at Starbucks for long drive back and I ordered my usual which is a venti and I received a grande with extra extra ice in a venti cup so I went back and asked if they could remake it with less ice and he was looking at me like okay I guess. I should’ve watched because HE GAVE ME BACK THE SAME EXACT COFFEE (PEELED OFF THE STICKER) and told me there’s less ice! I could’ve done that! Very very disappointed!

I placed an order before we left on the drive to school. When we got there, the order was hot and ready.
