8The manager was working the register and was very kind. He let me know I could get a free pastry item the day I went in which made my day. Angel made my coffee and I was a little disappointed that he didn't listen to my specific requests about extra light ice even after I verbally told him not to do a lot of ice.
Went in for my usual ice coffee I pay 5 bucks and some change alllll the time.but this time the young man at the register came up with 7 bucks and some change I questioned it he said something about charging for heavy cream I said ok but I get the same coffee everyday tried to show him my previously orders on my app the receipts same damn coffee but all he said well idk what to tell u they must be ringing u up wrong. I said everyday? Anyway he was rude won't go back to that location
I can say it’s my first and last time will spend a penny here, they way she handed the coffe and being weird is below 1 Star

But they were in decent form and the line moved.
Super nice staff working on the 12th of July. Joshua was the cashier and he has great customer service! Would love for him to get recognized for the service that he gave us today.
Came in bought a drink for my daughter and I. Was purchasing a tumbler that was on the shelf and there were several other tumblers on the shelf but refused to sell it to me because it would not scan the bar code at the registers. Informed her then why are they on the shelf if you are not selling them! She said she couldn’t because they are not registered. Again I reminded her they are on the shelf so that means they are for sale. She said we restocked for tomorrow so she could not sell it to me. So I told her just get another tumbler for the same price it’s not my fault it’s yours. They still left them on the shelf with no message anywhere saying they are not for sale today. I was not happy at all!
The girl that took my order was pleasant but I didn't know I needed to specify that I wanted my Carmel macchiato hot not cold. When the young man served me a cold coffee & I explained this to him he seemed put out. My drink was good though.
