17Call location to let manager know cashier at window added on a tip that I did not approve of cashier just said was ready for tap An of course they never give out receipts but I have proof of purchase an my items.wonder how many people they are taking from through out the day. Manager didn’t apologized for the inconvenience an said they don’t do that customer selects a tip or no tip but was never given that option as it was ready for tap when she held out card reader or claimed it could been malfunction that’s theft will not be going here an will take this complaint higher up.
I went this Sunday morning vey slow staff. Young girl in the window so unprofessional and slow I was in the line 35 mn ridiculous time
Best Starbucks EVER! Drinks were perfectly made, service was fast and friendly and they have nugget type of ice so with only that they won my heart lol
They always close their lobby an hour or 2 early, it’s disgusting in there and restrooms are always dirty
Not sure what is happening at this Starbucks. Waited 25 min at drive thru cars before me pulling up to get orders and left with no drinks. Pulled up to window and no one came to the window so I left without a drink. If your understaff or system isn’t working close your drive thru, this way people aren’t waiting forever and waisting their time.
Also if there is a delay person taking the order should let you know
I work from this location about 3times a week. Staff are always so friendly. Unfortunately today wasn’t a good experience for me. Due to environmental concerns. I notice an individual go into the restaurant who appeared to be struggling with substance abuse (No judgement as I am social worker). This in was in the restaurant for approximately 32 minutes. Which was very concerning to
Me. He was screaming, hitting the walls, talking to himself, and continuously flushing the toilet. I was genuinely concerns. I walked up to the counter to asked a staff of someone can check on him. The staff (Shift Lead HOLLY) made eye contact with me and flagged my arm to ask her to come here and she said “I’m really back up” and proceed with what she was doing.
Not only was I upset by the customer service and how she totally disregarded me I was also worried that this individual could possibly overdose in the bathroom. This really bothered me.
I've been coming to this location at least once/twice a week since it opened then before that I was going to the other location that was closed. I gotta say that Sébastien has been awesome and the family, along with myself are always warmly greeted. Him, Sandy and the rest of the team have always been great people which make it a pleasure to continue coming to this particular location. I hope they're given promotions and/or at the very least raises, accompanied by proper accolades and new flair for their approns to show off. Thanks for being awesome
It had been a very long time since I last shop that Starbucks and I got to say nothing's changed still quality service
Waited 33 minutes in the drive thru 7/9 3: 27pm … great customer service and the workers are so sweet BUT please help out these ladies who are having to deal with angry customers Im sure!
This location is on point! Never have I received a wrong order or an inordinate amount of wait time. Staff is super friendly and the place is always clean.
This location is new, clean, has a great lobby, space, and takes large orders over the phone. I love to call-in large orders ahead of time so they can be ready when I arrive. Great customer service.
This Starbucks location has got to be one of the most accommodating and caring. I will frequently come to work on school work and it’s such a great atmosphere as employees appear to truly enjoy themselves which projects to the people they serve. I have personally observed several regulars come in and orders and names are remembered. Not to mention they put the added touch on orders by writing positive affirmations and messages on cups, which really goes a long way.
Special shout out to Jenna and Seabass, they are absolute gems and so kind.
Hi everyone today is been really busy and stressful i have a baby with down syndrome and is been really stressful today for some reason but i have couple min i said to my self a coffee will be wonderful and I just went and the barista was super nice i give my order with a little note saying YOU ARE LOVED! With a happy face that really make my hole day thank you so much I wish I can post the pics.
The employees at this location are never familiar with the offerings that Starbucks offers its customers. The deals that the starbukcs chain offers on a monthly basis like a birthday girl drink or a glass or something like that is never available at this location.
I am a data engineer by trade, and my studies are showing that this Starbucks is the busiest in west valley. Average stay is far longer than other stores; like the 83rd and Bell, people come to study and talk, like in the old days.
This is the 3rd-4th time I’ve went where I order my drink with extra Carmel drizzle and it comes with none yet they charged me for it every-time and it’s even listed on the order sticker I wish if they didn’t have it they would atleast take the extra fees off but they don’t.
One of the two women working Saturday night 4/29 was probably the rudest barista I have ever encountered. I normally go to the dysart & camelback and dysart & McDowell locations who never give us problems. My drink was made incorrectly, and most Starbucks do not mind re-making my drink, if it is not made right the first time. I did not want her to have to remake the whole drink, so I just asked for a side of heavy cream.she reluctantly grabs me a side of heavy cream, and then goes on to explain that if I wanted “ extra heavy cream “ I should have said that to begin with, so that she could charge me extra on the bill. No other Starbucks has ever told me this for a drink I’ve been getting for almost 3 years now. Her attitude and lack of customer service was a big no for me
