I have come to this Starbucks a several times and it’s always a disappointment for special drinks. I have yet to ever have a caramel macchiato with enough foam so the caramel stays on top. So Today I got a tall coffee with cream. She gave it to me asking if she left enough room, perfect I say. I walk around looking for cream, nothing anywhere. No sugar, no cream, no napkins. I get back in line and ask for cream and sugar. She apologized and said she should have told me they didn’t put it out anymore. She poured cream in a small cup and gave me some sugar. No stirrer! I take a drink and it’s not even hot barely lukewarm. I ask another person if there’s a microwave that my coffee is cold from the cream. She offers to remake my coffee with less cream!?
Absolutely ridiculous that a splash of cream vs 1 oz of cream will somehow make the coffee nice and hot? I think I finally have learned my lesson, don’t come back. Stick to the Starbucks up at the Safeway.

You go to Starbucks for consistency and decent service. While the coffee that I got (nitro cold brew - pretty easy to do well) that service was terrible. I understand that I was busy, but I waited over 20 mins for my coffee. During that time, it was clear that drive through and those who ordered online were prioritized. When I asked the barista if she had my order (I was thinking maybe it got missed) she snapped at me that she was busy. When I finally got my drink, there was no acknowledgment of the wait. I just moved down here and will be finding a different place for coffee.

I'm not one to share a poor review over one experience. I only come here because my wife and daughter like it. The last three times I've visited I have walked inside due to the drive thru being wrapped around the building. I visually mark the black honda accord as the vehicle i wouldve been behind if i stayed in drive-thru. When i leave, there are 3 vehicles after the honda that received their items before me. Additionally I see other parties receive their drinks and leave before me after they placed their order after mine. The order wasnt complicated. 1 tall frappe and cake pops. This location is by far the most inconsistent, impersonal, and slowest in the Tucson and surrounding areas. 20-25 minutes is unacceptable.

Was there early to get one of those Stanley Starbucks cups for my wife just to find out the employees bought them only, leaving 1 on the shelf for customers. They had no shame and did it in front of our faces. Shame on the management for allowing this to happen. I'm calling corporate as well. Pink pony tail girl and curly haired girl. I hope you see this review.

The employees here are absolutely horrible! Took over 20 minutes to get two hot chocolates and asked multiple times about the order. The place wasnt that busy.

10 minutes to make a simple latte. It can be seen that employees takes forever to do a minimal task, and which are done usually by one person, but this store takes two. Some reason they are incapable of getting a drink orders, correct.

There was a time I remember when Starbucks featured a consistent level of very good and maybe great service at every location a person would go. That time is no more. I go to different locations fairly often and this one in particular is one of a few that are reliably bad. Sometimes the service is painfully slow… my guess is due to staffing challenges mostly. Often times the drinks are not made well. I’ve gotten a drink that was an inch below full on a grande size, several times I got iced coffee with barely any ice, other times the drinks are not properly made. I didn’t typically check the drinks in the times I’ve visited in the past, but now I try to remember to do that before I leave unfortunately. The service has been ok, but nothing spectacular. They’ve also inexplicably shut down online orders at different times in the middle of the day. I suppose that could also be staffing related. In summary, this is one of the locations I visit most often and I am frequently very disappointed.

Drive thru was long so we chose to go inside. I understand you have mobile & online orders but the regular paying customers like myself are getting pushed back to extremely long lines that often nobody is helping because of the mobile orders. Our drinks that we finally got were watered down with melted ice because they sat too long before given to us.

I was here August 26 and today. It used to be a very friendly store. Something, changed. You are not greeted at all and they do not call out names for the mobile orders. On August 26, I stood at the cashier to order, waited 10 min, then did a mobile order, it wasn’t just me but everyone that came in.

The majority of the employees at this store are so unhappy and bothered. How is it possible that the grocery store starbucks at Safeway is 100 times better. I ordered an oatmilk shaken espresso and employee made it with 2% and continued to tell me that my drink doesn't come with oatmilk. Seriously? After she told me she made it with 2% another employee at the drive thru said just tell her it does have oatmilk. They did not remake my drink, I will not be coming back to this store.bad service, unacceptable

I am consistently disappointed with this location, unfortunately it's the most convenient one for me to stop at but I literally am angry every time I go here! As a former Starbucks employee I can say that they are most definitely not up to corporate standards. They never have warm coffee when it comes to drip they consistently get the orders wrong and they Rush on the heated sandwiches so they're always cold in the middle. I'd love to say I would never go to this location again but realistically I will probably settle an end up going here again however I do find it very frustrating that even when your order is wrong or not up to par the management seems to be completely non present and does not even address you.
11/21 yet again horrible experience. Ordered a pastry since ALL of the breakfast sandwiches still on display were "sold out.well actually we messed up ordering" after a 15 minute wait with only 4 drinks in the que in front of me I got a extra extra hit burnt latte with about 3tbsp brulee crunch even though i specically asked for 1/2 sweet WITHOUT brulee topping & a pastry covered in black burnt speckles of other food. Literally stood there 5 minutes with NO ONE in line before even placing an order while 5 employees including an older man I'm assuming to be the GM had a personal conversation. The sloppy girl who finally took my order did smirkily apologize for the wait & again later for forgetting to actually get & heat me the pastry I ordered. Just pathetic service though. Absolutely horrible & such a bummer it's the only stand alone option in GV. If only dutch bees served breakfast: (

This Starbucks has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. I used to come to this location every morning on my way into work a couple of years ago before the pandemic hit, and the early morning crew was great. They were friendly and polite, and always made me feel welcomed back.

It’s been a while since I’ve come to this location consistently, and after my last few visits here, I’m doubtful that I’d ever shop this location regularly again. The last several times that I’ve been inside this Starbucks location, the service has been absolutely awful. No one greets me, smiles at me, asks my day is going. The employees act like customers are a massive inconvenience to their day.

On my last visit here recently, I was picking up a mobile order and politely asked if one of the baristas could please top off my drink with some extra ice. This barista could not even be bothered to acknowledge that I was speaking to him. No eye contact, no smile. Completely ignored. I know for a fact that he heard me, because he did throw a scoop of ice into the top of my drink eventually, but I was genuinely made to feel like I was the greatest inconvenience of this guy’s entire day as I stood there like a fool wondering if he had even heard what I said. I tried not to let it ruin my day, but it was honestly unbelievable that the customer service could be that bad. Definitely a huge bummer as this is the only Starbucks that’s not inside of a grocery store in this area.

I was at this location to meet new clients. As a wedding officiant I will travel pretty much anywhere for their convenience. On this day it was Frappaachino. How can you not like a COLD ONE.

Super disappointing.having 2 small kids to unload, I would always drive the 15 minutes out of my way for the Drive Thru here. The Drive Thru hasn't even been open. I've been by there at least 14 times, and only once has it been opened the last 2.5 months. No sign as to why it's closed, only cones blocking it. I would be a lot more understanding if there was at least a sign that explained WHY it's closed. This is the only drive thru Starbucks for Sahuarita/Green Valley area. Other than the drive thru I have truly never had issues here. The drive thru line can get long during busy times, but they get through it fast and everyone is always so kind. I guess it will be a while until I decide to make the trek to check if the Drive Thru is open.

I rarely go to Starbucks now and exclusively go to Dutch bros because in the past the employees here are absolutely horrible. Tried them again last week and it was amazing! We got 2 drinks and a pastry. The line was quick, the batista was very friendly. All definitely go here more often.

This used to be one of my favorite locations. The white chocolate mocha always tastes off, not even adding extra pumps makes it taste better. It is very nice inside, but only to meet with friends and enjoy the smell of coffee.
