Starbucks, Chandler AZ

The dumpster is WAAAAY too close to the drive thru. Smells like a dead body and it wasnt even 7 am yet. Can't imagine what it smells like at 111°. The smell was all stuck in my nose.

I love Starbucks and this location is literally down the street from where I live. But for the past couple of week's this location has been given me really water down tea, and I've had enough I don't mind the long wait.

The mango dragon fruit lemonade. I cant even describe it except to say, it's a party in your mouth!

Starbucks gets 5 / 5 when they have my mango dragonfruit. This Starbucks is lucky they did. Oh yes. Lucky they did.

You get one star for clearly deceiving people and not appropriately posting your Pharmacy and store hours separately; you're only open till 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday.

Standard Starbucks, location is great right near the freeway and major street. However parkinglot and location in the strip mall make this an absolute nightmare to visit during rush hour or lunch. Better to detour another 2 miles south near Hamilton high school or even better go to Peixoto a mile south and getting an amazing coffee.

Order a venti refresher and specifically asked for light ice because I would actually like to get more of the drink I paid for. The lady said ok through drive thru after I made my request stating "please" in emphasize on it and I get them to go. When I get to my house I see that its filled to the top. Out of the 3 employees in the shop, you think one would actually care about the customer's request. Tried calling but of course they do not answer and were not even busy when I made my stop.

I have came to this location on my way home twice now and both times beyond amazing customer service! I'm so sad I didn't get the name of the first gal on Saturday morning but today Lisa offered me a sample of a drink similar to what I get, Vanilla chai tea latte, but with peppermint. JUST BECAUSE! Like she just wanted to share other flavors! How sweet! And last time I wanted to try something new in my drink and when I went to the window the first gal made sure I drank it before I left to ensure I liked it! Btw both times through drive though! Thanks guys! I also had to call the location just now after I drove off to ask who made me Vanilla chai tea latte because it’s the best I had so thank you Ryan!? Great customer service, keep it up guys!

Friendly staff, always greet by name and always get my orders correct. Exactly what I come to Starbucks for.

Got to say I’m sitting in the drive thru 12 minutes before they close, and they have zero intention of helping me. I will sit until they’ve closed just to establish this is a poor excuse for a business. I would come inside since they are clearly inside, but I’m in a leg cast and I can’t. Terrible store.

This is a great Starbucks location with great staff and friendly regulars. Please be aware that seating and access to outlets is somewhat limited here.

Really fast is inside safeway there a Urgent Care Wells Fargo and Dollar Tree in this Shopping Center

This Starbucks was okay. It was probably the worst I have been to, but I have only been to 5. The employees were okay, but it took a long time for them to actually notice me and get my order. There was almost no one there, too. Overall, they got me my food and drink, but I suggest going to any other location.

The line maybe long at time but they move fairly fast. I've seen much slower at other locations.

Fast service. Friendly associates. Overpriced coffee. But needed a place to kill some time. Fast wifi. The tables are clean and there isnt much space inside. Most of the seating is outside. Hot seat to drink hot coffee? Fast drive thru as well. Overall good place to visit. Clean restroom as well

The coffee was at least good. I order a frappacino asked for no whipcream the window was open and I was watching them make it, I saw the man grab for the whipcream I said no no no, no whip cream waving my hand the girl shut the window on me. Very Rude I couldn't believe it.she then opened the window and handed me the drink, i told her i asked for no whipcream? She didn't have a response I said whatever i guess I get whipcream.

Busy and popular. Top notch baristas. Great memory of drink choices. Will begin drink prep when they notice the familiar customer so drink will be ready as soon as possible if you have a busy schedule.

VERY poor service! Its took 15mins to get a hot peppermint mocha, all because the barista wanted to get her flirt on with a cop! I'll never go to this Starbucks again! There's several others within 5 miles!

Usually not too busy, never had any issues with anything here. Some outdoor seating as well as indoor. Clean store with friendly staff.

Went through the drive thru, when the order was repeated back it was correct. Get up to the window and the drinks were the wrong size. No apology, just complete attitude from the woman working the D/T window. Then they proceeded to talk about us and complain as if we didn't know what was being said. This has happened on more than one occasion. Worst service ever.
