I would give this place a thousand stars if I could. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is extremely nice. I have taken my oldest here when they first opened and she was well taken care of. Same doctor years later (today), I took my youngest daughter for possible UTI. They were so patient and sweet with her. (She’s one years old) Both daughters got the treatment they needed. Thank you Starlight Pediatrics Urgent Care. I appreciate you guys so much!

Will never return! I have been turned away twice with my daughter! Once when she was under 1 in October and was coughing so hard she could not breathe and the doctor saw how low her O2 was and still turned us away because he said there was nothing he could do to help her so to take her to the ER. I bawled me eyes out the entire time packing her up and racing to the ER when I realized he just was rushing us out because it was time for them to close. The nurse in the ER told me that everything they did for her he could have done and that it was not the first time they had sent people away because he wanted to go home. Today is the second and last time I will let them do that to us. Today because apparently now they are not urgent care during the day it is only primary care. And you have to have an appointment. There was NO ONE there and we were still sent away.

I was so glad to be able to have a pediatric urgent care available that did not close so early, although the wait time may be long I do understand my child is not the only one needing treatment, and at times some parents can be very needy and require more time with a doctor than others. There hours of operation are so convenient for a parent that works long days and can't get in with my primary. The staff was very friendly and really interactive with the kids.

I have taken my youngest here twice. The staff always so nice so helpful! Loved how quick it was to be seen we have gone both times and waited a maz of 15 mins. My daughter was comfortable with the drs and nurses really great experience

I've taken both my kids here (2&3yr old) Excellent service! The doctors have always listened to my concerns and made sure my kids are healthy and if I brought my children in sick, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure they find what’s causing it. Both my kids love seeing them and I’ve never had any trouble with the service.

Took my 1 year old daughter in cause she wasn't feeling good, Dr said she had an ear infection, but completely ignored her breathing, cough and runny nose, prescribed antibiotics. Later we took her to the er cause she seemed to be worse. There she was diagnosed as positive for rsv and doesn't have an ear infection. With all these bad reviews how are they still open? We waited an hour to be seen and when we finally were, we only saw the Dr for 2 minutes. I'm surprised he hasn't been sued for medical malpractice. I really wish I could give them zero stars but I guess the one will have to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Starlight did not send in the antibiotics my child desperately needed to the pharmacy I asked for. It was sent to one that was closed already so the following day I had to call and ask that they be sent to the correct pharmacy at 5. By that night my child declined so bad I had to call the ambulance and also took them to the ER. I am very unhappy with the service we received and would recommend any parents taking their child here to ensure that your prescriptions are being sent to the appropriate pharmacy.

Took my 4 month old daughter for possibly croup. Was told very wrong information and said that I needed to go to the ER and that she was not safe at home due to her having rsv. At the ER, was told her lungs are clear and it is croup. Never going here again.

Totally incompetent. Cannot even get a prescription to the pharmacy in a timely manner. They didn’t even have his name right on the prescription they said they sent over that they did not send over.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service from the Doctor very cold. Brought my kids because it was midnight and everywhere was closed. He very quickly looked over my kids and said they were fine my kids were definitely not fine. My son had a fever so I asked for a Covid and Flu test. All they had was the same Covid test you have at home and no flu test during flu season. I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their child here. My son was nauseous had a fever a headache coughing and chest pain how is that ok? Then said he could give medicine for different things but he why would you give them medicine

Took my baby the other night with a high fever waste of my time I ended up at Phoenix children’s hospital because he basically just looked at her throat and ears and was like just watch her never again

Just brought my daughter Sloane L.in on Wednesday night (9/28/22) for possible strep throat. She couldn’t swallow and was vomiting. The doctor said my daughter always has swollen tonsils (he’s seen her previously) and that she must have a GI germ and to expect diarrhea soon. He didn’t believe she had strep throat because her rapid test result came back negative (they’re hardly ever accurate) even though she had all the symptoms of strep throat. The next day my daughter’s symptoms intensified and she developed scarlet fever (a complication of strep throat). Her tongue and body is covered in rough red bumps. As well as enlarged, painful tonsils. Definitely not a GI germ. NEVER returning to this doctor again. My daughter needed antibiotics and instead was sent home with anti -nausea medicine what a joke. I’m so sick of these types of doctors that dismiss a mother’s instinct. Even his medical assistant told me to get a second opinion when the doctor wasn’t around us.

My baby had been fussy for two days & wouldn’t stop crying. On the third day Saturday night I took him to casa grande banner which was the worst mistake I had ever made waited for hours just so the doctor could tell me “I’m sorry but we can’t do nothing for you here.he looks fine right now, wait until Monday and take him to see his pediatrician. ” I went home furious. The following day my baby got worse was screaming his head off, I took him to starlight urgent care and we seen doctor A. He did a full check up on my baby and told me what was wrong with him. Doctor A immediately gave him medicine and answered all my questions which gave me comfort. Doctor A might have an accent but he doesn’t mind repeating himself if you ask him too. He is the best! I trust him. That night I got home and my baby was already feeling so much better.

I love the fact that it’s less people the doctor is great he always checks the kids and gets us right in and out. However the lady that works at the front desk does not go into order. I came and she put two families before me even though I was there first this is the second time has had done this to me. If it’s a walk in bases it should go in order first come first serve! Other then that the place is great.

Love taking taking the kids here. Doctors and staff are very friendly.they treat kids with lots of care. I definitely recommend.

I have been here a couple times for my daughter.
First time the wait was a little long due to it being a fairly new business.
Second time, the wait was super fast and she was seen super fast and diagnosed correctly. Had an ear infection, which was very common.
Great place

Breathing a sigh of relief after my visit! Banner urgent care had me wait an hour and a half to have a doctor in the room for less than 2 minutes to tell me my 7 month old is fine “just a cold. ” Starlight got us in immediately and prescribed antibiotics for his ear infection. Grateful for the kind staff and a doctor who took time to talk to me and SEE my child.

When I brought my baby in for a possible finger infection this African American doctor with a heavy accent was just rude. He kept laughing at serious questions I was concerned about as if he wasn’t taking me serious. This made me feel like i couldn’t ask him questions because I’ll just sound stupid, the nurses were super nice but the doctor needs to do better!
