Reasonable prices. Staff went above and beyond for our first time Birthday bash experience. Nice Family Establishment. Great Job!

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so helpful with everything. The manager even helped us hang some balloons from the ceiling.

Came in here mostly just to grab some takeout food. Their food selection is limited and the guy didn't really want to take my order. So I left and went to Burger King.

Pretty sweet little bowling alley, had food, some games, the lane we were on Worked as expected. They ask you to take off your shoes to use the restroom which isn't bad for adults, but we have kids and that was a hassle. But nice efficient workers. We will be back.

Old school bowling which was ok but bowled 3 games each for 2 people and one pair shoes, paid $32.75! Crazy high prices! I pay $10 for the same thing at Shake Rattle and Bowl at Cliff Castle Casino.

After receiving a reply from the owner, let me just say that I pay minimum any time I bowl, because I receive a discount due to my age. No such discount was offered to me at Starlite. Also, I'd like to say that there is no smoking allowed in Cliff Castle either, so I don't have to deal with that.
I tried to talk about pricing before we bowled but the attendant cut me off to tell me to go bowl and pay after. No discussion of pricing was offered.

Food is great but a little expensive for what you get. As for the bowling it's pretty great, I just don't like how you can't erase/edit names on the computer thingy. The touch tunes machine is cool tho

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food court guy was very awesome! He really knows how to appreciate his customers. Too bad I didn't get his name but he's older with a beard. Whoever you are, you made our birthday even more special. THANK YOU!

Great bowling alley. Very helpful and courteous employees. They redid the inside a few years back, they made it a lot nicer. However, they forgot to refurbish the bathrooms downstairs. It is still dark and dingy and the toilets still overflow. I would give it 5 stars if you could go downstairs and feel comfortable.

The manager was great about accommodating our large group of "I haven't bowled in years" kids. He helped us figure out what was best for our group.

Paint on the outside changes every year or so but the inside will always be one of the few great unchanging activities in Flagstaff. I've been going here since I was a literal baby and I still love hanging out here with friends.

It's a great place to go with friends and family. My kid loves going bowling and playing the arcade games. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always fun and clean. The guys up front are very cool and reasonable. Dude at the snack bar is real cool as well. Overall a great friendly place.

I love Starlite Lanes. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Everything is always clean with hand sanitizer and wipes at every lane. Super affordable. A great time for the whole family.

No social distancing or limited capacity enforced of any kind. They didn't require masks for any patrons. Very disappointed at the lack of concern for covid safety.

Very poor customer service. We walked in and just got dirty looks by everyone in there and also go no help from the staff. Instead got attitude towards us.

I was very comfortable and happy with the service, friendliness, cleanliness it was an overall satisfactory experience. I wasn't too pleased about paying $28 for a 1-large drink & pepperoni pizza even though the pizza was delicious! And only major thing I was very concerned about was there was no restrictions or evident concern from guests or employees on social distancing or face coverings. (The employees was wearing face masks) But 92% + of people/patrons was not!

I am the PRESIDENT of the NORTHERN ARIZONA BOWLERETTES. I called Ron today to see if i could set a tournament with them.
He was MAJORLY RUDE talking to me.
WE THE NORTHERN ARIZONA BOWLERETTES bowled there 1 time in 2017.
Ron told me he reached out to us to set up a tournament. WRONG. I set up the tournaments for our ladies.never talked to him. He told me i had a problem with his lineage. WRONG. I never talked to him.
So sad our NORTHERN ARIZONA BOWLERETTES were treated so rude that MAYBE he was confused with another league name.
NO there is only one NORTHERN ARIZONA BOWLERETTES LEAGUE.and they are a WONDERFUL GROUP OF LADIES!

We love this place! The best staff ever and its fun to bowl, grab a bite to eat and also just sit and have a beer. Best neighborhood spot for sure!
