Starrview at Starr Pass, Tucson AZ

I live at Starr View at Starr Pass. In the year I've been here the staff have addressed the few problems that've come up within days and many times the same day. My AC went out on a Sunday and the maintenance man was here in an hour to replace a part and it's worked great since. The grounds are lush and well kept. I feel perfectly safe here, even walking my dog at night. The surrounding area is native desert or very nice homes. I just renewed my lease.

I've lived here almost 3 years and still enjoy living here. The service of the staff is just as good now as it ever was. It's a quiet, pleasant place to live with many shade trees and grassy areas to walk my dog in comfort.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'm still impressed with the way the staff take care of everything, the grounds, my apartment, and my comfort. The sense of safety and security here while I'm walking my dog at night is impressive.

Private area. That is what I like it. What I don’t appreciate is the individuals that do not live there utilize the pool at late night hours and live trash in the parking lots and in the pool area

Management (Astrid and Anisa) are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. My daughter loves song in the office for the treats and they're always excited to see her.
Gorge is fantastic with maintence. Very professional and great work.

I was able to do all my application stuff online, they it easy and painless. Beautiful location and friendly staff.

I love it! We live very quiet, always clean and beautiful views, the administration is always willing to help!

Moved to Tucson in Nov. 2020 from Michigan after vacationing in Tucson the previous 20 yrs. The vacation time was spent in the Catalina foothills area of town - so I knew it pretty well. When looking on-line for places to reside I ran across Starrview at Starr Pass apartment homes, it was one of 20 or so possibilities in the list I had created, although it was on the other side of town (which I had never been) it still made my list.
After calling many of the other possibilities without return calls, I called here. Astrid, property manager, and the assistant manager, Jessica were over the top! As I was moving across the country, everything was handled by phone & emails. Astrid and Jessica made it so easy, they were so responsive to all my questions (phone & email) and absolutely a pleasure to work with (they even provided me with a schematic of the apt layout & dimensions).
As I am approaching my 2 year anniversary I couldn't be happier.
It is a beautiful property, the amenities are very well maintained, the response time for service requests are on the cusp of immediate, the landscaping is exceptionally taken care of, and the property is a very quiet area, almost rural.
