State trailer went out of their way to fix some electrical issues on our coach that were created by the manufacturer and even our dealer failed to fix properly. Outstanding service and quality. We highly recommend them.

We are very thankful for State trailer coming to Az. Everyone is very helpful and happy to do so. We have always had a great experience there. We recommend them to all our friends out on the road or at home. One of our friends, including us, had a bad experience at the local dealership and will only be using the state trailer to do all our service and parts needs.

I had taken my Jayco 27DSRL to a repair shop in Payson. But decided to call State Trailer to compare pricing. I’m really glad I did. State Trailer not only saved me a ton of money but also found short comings that the other guy didn’t. They had IN STOCK all the parts needed AND did the repairs all in one day. Work Done: R&R my 15’ Canopy, replace the light strip, replace a propane hose, clean and adjust stove burners and installed a hardwired surge protector. They will have my business going forward EVEN if I have to drive the 3 hours one way to have it done.

Estimate was accurate and completed on budget. Staff were friendly and helpful. Work was completed on time and as promised.

The service was very quick. I'll put the furnace back in my trailer and see what happens. Stay tuned and don't touch that dial.

I recently had what I thought was going to be a reseal around the front cap of my 2002 Pleasure Way. As it turned out, the resealing done by previous owners and/or repair shops was just masking a very big, dangerous problem. I was originally quoted 9 hours of labor, but since they had to keep my van for 3 days I’m sure they exceeded that and yet they still honored their original quote. The finished product looks wonderful - they did a great job!

Had everything you could think of for RV's at real reasonable prices. Also offered a free dump station

They did a great job a are very friendly. The technician keep me informed and fixed more than I knew what was wrong. Keep up the good work, the guys in the Parts Department are very knowledgeable and equally as friendly.

This is my first Travel trailer so I was in search of a service facility that also had Rv supplies as well. I found a whole lot of great reviews so decided to try state rv myself. Let me tell you I have already been a repeat customer and will continue based off superior service and honesty they provide. I have already told some of my friends who go other places to give these guy's a try. Thank you a lot state rv for outstanding service.

Very pleased with the service we had scheduled at State Trailer & RV. We had an appointment set and they took our RV in and began work as scheduled. Service Mgr.communicated clearly when changes needed to be made and the shop personnel were good to work with. I was pleased and will return for future service.

Very large RV supply house in clean modern building. The stock is more slanted towards trailers than motorhomes, but the store has much to offer to all buyers. I found the items I needed and could have spent a lot more time there if I had not been limited.

Mechanics went out of their way to get our trailer door fixed in an emergency get it done NOW scenario! Kudos Mike and crew!

These guys are awesome. Got me in immediately during the busy season for a minor repair. Plus they have cheap propane and a free dump station/water spigot out back. Will absolutely be back

A bit expensive, but it's a great store and great customer service. I wish they had more accessories for older trailers.

This is the first RV repair experience I have had that they got me in and fixed my issue in just a couple of hours. I have had other RV repair shops keep other rigs I have owned for weeks and months even on small issues! I had an electrical issue on the GFCIs in my kitchen slide. They diagnosed the problem and fixed a small plastic electrical bus that had broke and came unplugged. Very friendly staff, and I love their giant RV store. I will recommend this facility to friends and family.

Really great place to shop for all your RV parts good people working there, if you want to know anything, are the ones to go to, and have just about every thing you need at a good price.

I just happened upon State Trailer when driving thru the area last year. By far they have the largest supply of in-stock parts in the entire valley. All of the staff have been so helpful and the service department did an awesome job on my trailer.
