Stellar Aesthetics (formerly Stellar Lash), Scottsdale AZ

Very regretful of my experience with Stellar Aesthetics. After reading through many 5 ️ reviews, I purchased a Groupon for the premade volume lash extensions and had an appointment on 4/21 at 5: 00pm — the two girls behind the counter were not very friendly but my lash tech Vi was very engaging and fun — after about 1.5 hours Vi told me she was going to stop as she felt my eyes were watering too much, that was fine with me because the volume looked good. I left the appointment at 6: 40pm and by 10: 00pm (and not touching my lashes once) more than a third of the lashes on my right eye had fallen out. I texted Vi to let her know what had happened and did not receive a response, I emailed through the link online and have yet to receive a response. I called and am unable to leave a voicemail as the phones are not set up. I am leaving tomorrow for a trip out of country for 2 weeks (the only reason I wanted my lashes done) and will be unable to have them redone, thankfully, the quality was so poorly done it only took me 2 minutes of lightly rubbing at my lashes to remove the rest from both eyes; lashes should never come off so easily. I am hoping to be contacted by the manager or owner for a conversion and refund of my purchase after a very frustrating experience.

I saw Lindsay for lip filler and Botox. She is the best! I had my lips done at a different med spa back in 2021 and I didn’t love the results so I was nervous to try it again, but Lindsay listened to my concerns and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. Her office is warm and welcoming and she made me feel right at home. She is super knowledgeable and sweet. One of my best med spa experiences to date. Thank you Lindsay!

Not understanding these reviews!
I can speak on anything but lashes though. Horrible retention issues, horrible customer service, and each tech does lashes different, not same protocol.

I got to see Lindsay for my lip, cheek, and chin filler. I love love love my results! This is the first time I have ever felt this confident in getting any sort of filler done, she listened to me and only did what I was comfortable with. I feel like my best self! Thank you Lindsay!
