Stepping Stones Clothing Outlet, Prescott Valley AZ

Turned in a shirt and down vest today. Both in good shape.
Was looking for a chair or small couch. Didn't see what I was looking for today tho. Massive square footage at their new location.
Still a great place to find home furnishings and save some dough in the process. Geat folks working there.

Don’t ever give anything of great value to this place! They have no clue. I moved and had the truck pick up expensive dining chairs and a very expensive great condition 9’x11’ Kerman Persian rug. I have taken most stuff that they won’t pick up to the PV facility. I had my car loaded and ended up at the Prescott facility today. I saw my chairs inside then drove around the side to donate my other items. There was no one out there but then the store vultures come out and ask you what you have. One lady that worked there grabbed a plastic container with tons of Waverly cowboy fabric that is now discontinued and goes for a good price-she grabbed it and said let me see that and disappeared with it.
Then as I was leaving-up the road I looked over and there was my Kerman rug thrown in the the drainage ditch. I went back and asked Zack, what that was doing there. He said it had stains all over it. I knew it had NONE. I asked him to get it and unroll it that it was a $5k rug and show me the stains. There weren’t any! He said that there were
a (very) few single white threads and the fringe was uneven. The other girl that worked there said she would take it.
What’s wrong with this place. It seems obvious where the nice items go. Really disgusting!

Wow. Great new, roomy store and friendly staff. The pet section needs more items, but I found the computer speakers I've been hunting for.

Luv the place, HUGE u can find anything & everything, plus even more. LOL @ great prices. Make sure you have a cpl hrs to spare cuz you'll be enjoying yourself shopping & not want to leave.

We were in AZ visiting family and while the guys were working on a car the gals took off to explore Stepping Stones. We had a great time looking at all the treasures and bought baby clothes, summer wear for both gals & guys, books, jewelry, shoes, CDs, throw pillows, and decor to name a few. During our stay (2 wks) we visited the PV location 3 times and the Prescott location on Goodwin 2 times. Their prices were great, and the sales were fantastic. Both locations were nicely organized and the staff all was very friendly. I look forward to our next AZ visit and will certainly be visiting both stores again.

New location is massive and has a huge selection of items. If they don't have what you are looking for thrifting around is great! I have never had an issue with the employees or anything. I feel they are doing their best as a secondhand store

Complete rip off. The owner's are rude and untrustworthy. I would rather burn my excess than give it to stepping Stones.

The owner is a great guy. I went in today and even though we decided not to have the shoes fixed he took his time in patiently describing all the options and related expenses to fix the shoes. Customer service was great and I'm sure if I had left the shoes to be fixed service would have been just as good or better. Thumbs way up!

I have volunteered with Stepping Stones before and became so passionate about their mission and cause that I always make it a point to stop in if I'm in Prescott. They have such a fun, quirky selection, and the employees are great all around. A wonderful place to kill some time and even pick up a few gifts or new knicknacks while supporting a great cause!

I always find some treasure I wasn't looking for or that one thing that I have been looking for the people are always great it's just a fun place to junk around

I love shopping at Stepping Stones. And it is a place for women's rehabilitation. So it's a double blessing.

Excellent prices on crafts - if you have extra time to dig through you can really find some deals!

Always find some cool stuff here. I would've given a 5 star but the lady that rang me up put 2 breakable items together and caused one to chip.

We go often and a great deal changes. Which is great and keeps us coming back. But I do kind of think they hold back some items. I see cool stuff in the back all being dropped off but don't often see it on the floor. I use to work close and drive by a couple times a day.

They screwed us over on a desk. Went in and bought a desk, paid for it, returned later same day only to be told the desk was sold 2 days prior! They said the “tag fell off”. I had been eyeballing said desk for 3 days, even bringing in other people to look at it, returning every day and asking the staff about it. Never once saw a “sold” sign. Never once was told it was sold. We were lied to and forced to take our money back as they refused to let us take it after presenting our receipt. What if we took it upon purchase? Then what? The desk should have been removed from the floor if it was already sold and “set for delivery” like we were told!
Never returning again.dont deal with liars and dishonest people.

Love it, always find great bargains here. Clean and neat, well organized so finding what you're looking for is a breeze.
