Sterling Real Estate Partners acquired Silver Creek Apts in San Antonio TX in 2021. We have submitted multiple work orders and direct request with the management team for various health and safety issues such as mold, water leaks, roach infestations, broken a/c for months. Quite a few neighbors I speak with complain about same issues and when work orders are submitted they are sent to the clouds as no one ever sees them. It's not until we go into the office and make they physically aware that the acknowledge and then make excuses. I have heard hundreds of excuses from several employees and yet nothing is fixed.
