All I can say is Kate, Kate, Kate in service. What a superstar. She seems to handle the entire service advisor desk. No boss, no co-workers. Just Kate. Taking all of the calls, handling all of the customers disgruntled or otherwise. She's a dynamo! This dealership is lucky to have her. I drive further to have my truck worked on because of her. And ONLY her. I still have yet to see or meet anyone else in the service department. Keep smiling Kate!

My husband and I were towed into Steve Coury Ford for a service repair, I appreciate the staff, the work and detail that went into fixing our F350. Kate is awesome! Friendliest Ford dealership I have ever been to and probably the best experience we could have had under the circumstances.

Love this dealership for service for my F-150 - they stand by their work. Kate in service is a pleasure to work with. I really felt she looks out for the customer's best interest.

Got a quote for a job that I could do for $500 in parts and 2-4 hours of labor. Their quote claims 16 hours of labor and wants to charge almost $3,000 to do the job. The problem, we are moving, the tools are packed, and I am no longer living there. My spouse has to have it done somewhere. Be wary of their labor cost, they are crooks.

Has to be the worst service we've ever had! Scheduled us for service twice and when we got there they never even had the parts! Twice in two weeks! Never called us like a respectable ford dealership would have! Just come on up so we can tell you we don't have ur parts AGAIN! Lost all our respect! Called another place in town and got it done in the same day!

I always feel good after driving off the lot after my car has been serviced at Steve Coury Ford. I never leave with doubts or questions. If I do have questions they are always answered promptly and accurately. My car runs smooth and that makes me feel confident that I can depend on this service which makes me very happy. I love the staff, always cheerful and professional and they know their stuff!

While returning home to New Mexico in our electric vehicle, we found ourselves somewhat stranded in Payson due to the complete failure of the Electrify America/APS charging station. We had some range left, but not enough to make it back to Phoenix or on to Winslow (the closest DC super charging stations).

Our calls to Electrify America for support came up empty and it seemed as if we were going to have to wait and get towed back to Phoenix - - but then I called Steve Coury Ford.

Kate (in the service department) saved the day! She was quick to respond, very friendly, caring and thoughtful throughout the process at a time when we needed it!

She went above and beyond - allowing us to use the dealership's charger - and while we waited, recommending a local restaurant where we could eat (even printing out a map, giving us the phone number, etc.) - and finally also recommending a local park for us to visit with our dog.

Thanks again so very much for your help and kindness! You made what was a frustrating and time consuming delay into a great experience.

The reason for the 2 rating is because just a simple oil change took an hour and 35 minutes. We were told the person before us took longer than expected. Well if that were the case they should have told us. We would have canceled because of our long drive home. We consider this poor management.

If you want a parts guy to argue with you, this is the place to go. When a parts guy says "without your VIN, you are no good to me" for a simple part, go else where.

I used the Steve Coury Quick lube across the street from the dealership in Star Valley. I purchased an oil change and the staff pointed out that the steel band was visible on the inside of one of my tires, so I purchased four new tires. I felt the price was fair but with the 30-day price guarantee you can't go wrong! The service was excellent, and I will return.

Extremely poor service. Mgr lied to me, mechanic did not know what he was doing & two weeks after having my car they told me it was fixed but before I left, the same issues remained.

Earlier in the year, I had the worst service from Coyote Auto on main. They advised a week before my appointment they would call my warranty company in advance, and then they held on to my truck for two weeks claiming to never have heard from the warranty company. I took my truck to Steve Coury's service department and had my truck fixed and back to me in three days.

I just had my truck in with their service department again, and I'm still overly impressed. Even being shorthanded, they were extremely efficient. Kate in service is the absolute best, she went above and beyond what I ever could have expected. Thank you so much Kate and team!

We came in already interested in the 2015 Nissan Frontier, and decided to do a trade-in. Gina was so welcoming and nice to us. They helped us through the process and made sure we walked out with our truck! They were also not your typical pushy salesman. We are so happy with our choice and love our truck. Thank you Gina!

So I went with my best friend and his mom just to look to see what was available. By the time we left my friend had him a new vehicle and the staff we met with Liz and Johan were the absolute best! They were so friendly, helpful, and out and out by far the best car salesmen/woman we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
